It had been a while since Derek had came over to my house. Mark left too, making me curious as to why he left before Derek. But, other than that, it had rather been a while since I had talked to both of them.
Me and Mark had talked to each other on the phone a month ago, but me and Derek had seen each other last week.

I thought as I sat down on the couch.
I watched as some images came onto the screen in front of me.
What was going on?
I heard beeping going on around in the background every two seconds as I kept my eyes on it.
