When they all sat down and got themselves various drinks to make it through the meeting, Five stood at the head of the group with hands in his pockets and Lena perched on a stool beside him, leaning back against the railings casually.

"You want to start, or should I?" He asked her.

She scanned the expectant room. "Maybe you should start."

"You sure?"

She hummed and nodded. "You're better with words."

That was only half true, because she was great with words - the problem was, no one else liked hearing them.

Klaus clapped a hand over his heart. "You guys are so sweet!"

The two glared at him. Everyone stared at him. "What? You're saying they're not?" He asked them all.

"All right!" Five cut in sternly. "First off, I wanna say I'm sorry. I know I really screwed the pooch on this whole going-back-in-time-and-getting-stuck thing. But the real kick in the pants here is we brought the end of the world back here with us."

"Oh, my God. My cult is gonna be so pissed. Five! I told them we had until 2019."

"We have until Monday."

"Is it Vanya?"

"Klaus!" Lena and Allison both exclaimed.

"What? It's usually Vanya."

They went on to explain their dads strange connection to the grassy knoll while Lena sat back and wondered if Elliot had an tequila lying around.

"Diego, Lena and I have been trying to talk
to Dad about what exactly this means."

"So far we have nada." She added unhelpfully.

"Not nothing." Diego chimed in, sitting forwards. "He's planning to kill Kennedy."

"Maybe." Five dipped his head. "But we don't know who or what sets doomsday in motion. Could be Kennedy, could be something entirely independent. But if we know something changes the timeline, we have to make it right."

"Yeah, but how, if we don't know what's broken?"

"Come on. Do the math. We know Dad's having shady-ass meetings with some shady-ass people. We know he's on the grassy knoll
in three days to kill the president. So I think we all know what we have to do."

"Find dad."

"Kill dad."

Everyone in the room stared between Diego and Five who glared at eachother.

Lena raised her hand like a child in a classroom. "I, for one, am open to both."

Klaus clapped quietly with the tips of his fingers. "Lena for president!" He cheered quietly.

She winked at the man. Everyone else ignored the two's antics.

"What could it be, then?"

Lena turned serious quickly. "I have a feeling it's us."

They all turned to her expectantly. Five wasn't the only one who knew about time - she had spent most of her life raised around a thousand timelines, learning how they worked.

"None of us are supposed to be here. We've essentially broken the rules of time. By being an anomaly ourselves, it creates fractures in the natural order of the timeline and, similar to the butterfly effect, we've fucked it up."

Five dipped his head in agreement. "That's certainly the best theory we've got."

"Well, has anyone here done anything
to particularly screw up the timeline?" Vanya inquired, looking around.
