Kayla's POV:

????: Hey Kay!

I stood there looking at him debating if I'm happy to see him or pissed off he didn't talk to me for years after our argument. Everyone meet my bestfriend E also known as Emmanuel.

E: Kay are you gonna talk?

Kayla: Uh yeah sorry hi.

E: Okay what's wrong?

Kayla: Nothing just can't believe that your here. We haven't talked in a few months.

E: Yeah I'm sorry but I have really good news for you and I think your gonna love it.

Kayla: What is it?

E: I moved to LA last week, you know that house that was for sale on your street three houses down from you?

Kayla: Yeah wha- Wait you didn't?

E: I did!

Kayla: E don't joke with me.

E: I'm not! That's why I wasn't texting you, it was because I was trying to move her so I can see you as much as I-.

I feel someone behind me and I already know who it is. I roll my eyes and looked at E.

Kayla: Ignore him E.

Ross: E?

E: You can call me Emmanuel. Kay is the only one who can call me E.

Kayla: So you live a few houses down?

E: Yes Kay.

Kayla: This is gonna be very interesting.

I laugh a little knowing one move E makes towards me will piss Ross off. I never told any of them about e because me and e had a lot back then but mostly good things and I just didn't think I had to.

E: So what is going on at your place today?

Kayla: Oh just a family gathering.

I was not gonna tell him that I was kidnapped and I'm hoping he doesn't find out. He will freak out and trust me when I say he will not forget about it until I tell him what happened.

E: For what tho?

Kayla: E it happens very frequently in this family so there is no specific reason.

E: okay then.

About an hour later after that weird conversation with e everyone was here. Everyone soon went out to the back yard and that's when I say Delly.

Delly: Kay can we talk?

Kayla: Yeah what's up?

Delly: Listen I'm not mad about yesterday. I know why you walked away from Amelia and I know what you told Ross when you were kidnap-

E: You were what!?

Kayla: Shit!

E: You were kidnapped and didn't think to tell me and it was yesterday?

Kayla: E I didn't thi-

Ross: why is it even your business?

Kayla: Ross it's okay.

Ross: No its not who the fuck is this guy anyway.

E: You met me.

Ross: When?

Kayla: When we were broken up he came to a concert and you said we were still together.

Ross: Oh well I didn't meet you then.
