when you turned around, selever slowly opened his eyes, sensing the lack of your breath on his neck.
"babe, come back," he whined, trying to turn you over, wanting to be as close as possible to you.
you slowly rolled over to face him, and he pulled you close and tight, giving you a little kiss on your neck.
you sleepily smiled and ran your hands through his hair, and he let out a sigh and snuggled up closer. he was happy that he was warm and that you were right by his side.
he quickly fell asleep again, but his grip on you was tight but also soft at the same time.
knowing that there was no escape, you placed a kiss on his forehead and closed your eyes, hand still in his fluffy feathers of hair, knowing that when you woke up, he'd always be there. and every night, you'd always go to sleep right next to him.
