"Fred! Where are the- oh," You entered the twins' nursery to see Fred fast asleep with each of the twins on his chest. Little James was awake, playing with Fred's tee shirt as his uncle and little sister slept.

You couldn't help but smile. George followed you down the hall and hugged you from behind. "He's a good uncle. He's been hanging out with them all day while I've done inventory for the shop."

"Has he?" You leaned your head back on his shoulder. "I think your boy is awake, Georgie."

"Yeah. He doesn't sleep long. Especially when Molly's sleeping. I've noticed. He likes to watch over her."

"Sounds like his dad," You told him, making him blush. "Well. We have everyone coming over in an hour. We should give them baths and get them ready."

"Eh, it's their birthday, love. Let them rest for a little while longer."

"Okay, well, we've got a party to get ready for," You turned to George, who shut the twins bedroom door back. He gripped your hips and pinned you to the hallway wall.

"Been a minute since I've had you like this, huh?"

"You're dangerous, George Weasley," You replied with a smirk, trying to remain composed. The look of lust in his eyes is making your knees weak.

"God, I love it when you look up at me like that," George groaned and kissed you deeply, placing each of his hands on the wall, boxing you in. "You're so beautiful. I'm so lucky to have you."

You smirked against his lips, getting an idea. You pressed your body closer to his and ran a hand through his hair, gently pulling. Then slipped under his arm and ran to the living room laughing.

"Oh, you! Get back here!" George ran after you. He mischievously grinned seeing you on the other side of the couch.

"Come get me," You told him. You saw a spark in his eye, he leapt over the couch and tackled you to the floor. He pressed his body to yours to keep you in place, then shoved his lips onto yours with a hungry groan.

You couldn't help but laugh. "God I love you."

"I love you," George laughed too. "Tease."

"Oops. Think we walked in on mummy and daddy play fighting," Fred's tired voice spoke, causing George to jump off of you with a blush. The twins were flushed from sleep and each looked very disoriented. It was adorable.

"Aww, look at them," George walked up to Fred and took the twins from him. James giggled at the sight of his father's messy hair and Molly just snuggled into George's chest.

George turned around to you and your heart melted. Seeing him with the twins made your heart soar. You fell for him just a little more.

"We should bathe them now, yeah?" George asked, noticing you staring.

"Yeah," You kissed his cheek. "Sorry. Seeing you with our kids isn't something I'm used to yet."

You and George bathed the twins while Fred straightened up and decorated. Which didn't require much effort. He flicked around his wand towards the decorations and put them up where they needed to be.

Then guests started arriving. So you and George dressed the twins in their matching Gryffindor Quidditch jerseys and brought them out for everyone to see. Harry immediately took to James and began explaining to him some basic quidditch rules, telling him all about his time as a seeker for the Gryffindor team.

Hermione and Ginny met with you as you put Molly's already long light ginger hair up into little pigtails. You clipped little red bows in the ponytails and she giggled excitedly, pointing to George.

"Lovely," You called for George. He turned around to see yours and his daughter with a big smile on her face, pigtails and bows in, giggling at him and raising her arms towards him.

"Merlin, look at you. My little darling," George took her into his arms and kissed her cheek. "I love you so much. Hey! When are we doing cake?!"

You watched as George helped Fred serve the cake. Harry sat on the couch with Ron playing with James. Your heart overflowed and your eyes brimmed with tears. The girls noticed and asked if you were okay. You laughed and wiped your tears.

"Yeah. Yeah I'm okay. I'm just... I'm so happy. Life is so perfect right now. It's just hard to process."

"Aww," Hermione side hugged you. "I bet it is. You're living with your boyfriend, best friend, and your kids. House filled with friends to celebrate your kids birthdays. I bet it's a lot to take in."

You got up and hugged George. Tightly. "I love you so much. Thanks for choosing me."

"Choosing you?" George laughed, Molly rubbed your head while giggling when you hugged George. "There wasn't much of a choice involved, love. It was obvious. There wasn't any other woman in that entire school, in this entire world even, that has made my life as perfect as you have."

His words brought more tears to your eyes. "I could say the same about you too, Georgie."

You and George got the twins set up in their connected twin high chair with cake in front of them. You watched as both of them got handfuls of cake and shoved it in their mouths. They got the red and gold frosting all over themselves, their jerseys, in their hair, all over the place.

Everyone brought gifts for them. Harry and Hermione apparently bought James a broom for him to use when he gets older. They bought James the most expensive broom on the market. Ron bought him sweets and his first prank product. A little ball that makes fart sounds whenever you squeeze it.

The twins, obviously, thought it was hilarious and played with it themselves for a while. You had to remind him that it was James' toy and not theirs.

The girls bought Molly a bunch of little hair accessories, pretty clothes, and plushies. Soft things for your little girl. You thanked everyone gratefully for their gifts, then everyone helped you and George clean up after the cake and the party. Then after a bath, the twins went to bed for the night.

Which meant you and the other adults had some time to catch up and unwind. There was wine, expensive snacks, and good quality conversation. You felt the most content you ever have in your whole life with your head rested on George's chest while your kids were asleep down the hallway.

Life finally, finally felt okay.
