If you haven't already, I recommend reading my last chapter again since I have edited it. Nothing in my last chapter linked up with my previous ones so I edited it and now everything should fit into the storyline of this book.

Klaus closed his eyes and delved into Cami's memories. He was searching for a recent memory and couldn't help but overhear a man shouting at Cami. He walked towards one that was dated further back and he began watching as he noticed the man who was yelling was Edmund.

He looked at his surroundings and had made the conclusion that this was when Cami had returned to New Orleans but he also realised that Cami seemed to have her humanity on here so he began to wonder what had happened during the flight that had made her shut it off. He knew that Stacey had died but he couldn't help but believe that Cami would be strong enough to keep her humanity since she had dealt with the death of her twin brother before.

He continued watching and had soon witnessed the death of Stacey O'Connell. His heart bled for Cami as she had to watch one of her closest family members die. He could only remember the pain and agony it had caused him when he had brought Henrik dead in his arms. He didn't want to wish that pain on anyone but it had happened to the woman he loved most and he hated not being there.

He then watched as Edmund had brought up everything traumatic that had happened in her life. He couldn't do anything but stare as the love of his life was being tortured by the man who had turned her into a vampire.

Klaus then watched Cami turn off her humanity and give in to the switch that was calling her name the minute Stacey died.
He then looked at Edmund. His eyes burning a fiery red.
"I will kill you in ways that will make the devil weep. I give you my word."-K

A voice came from outside the memory.
"KLAUS, HURRY!"-F

He quickly left the memory and went to one where he saw a man talking to Cami and handing her something.

"You will go into the dungeon alone and then give this to Edmund."-LM
Louis handed her a serum of some sort.
"What is it?"-C
"That shouldn't concern you. You should be more worries about what it will do."-LM
"What will it do?"-C
Cami tried to hide her fear.

"It will make sure that Edmund can draw from your power, leaving you to the point of near death. He'll be taking all your power since your friend had him tortured for weeks."-LM

Klaus tried to move the memory back to see if he could figure out the man's name.

"Ugh, Louis. What do you want?"-C

Klaus spoke aloud so that Freya could hear him.
"Louis! A vampire called Louis!"-K
"Okay, now get out of there!"-F

Klaus closed his eyes and then opened them once more to find himself no longer surrounded by his family. He looked through the rooms and found them all gathered around the entrance to the building.

"Where is this vampire, Freya?"-K
Klaus tried to hide his burning rage since he knew it would do no good.
"He's in Cami's apartment."-F
"Then that's where I'll be."-K
Klaus was about to leave but his daughter stopped him.
"I'm coming with you dad."-H
"Hope, no."-K
"I'm a tribrid, I can handle myself just fine."-H
Klaus let out a small chuckle.

"What's so funny?"-H
"You sound like your mother."-K
Hope smiled and walked out the door.
"Are you coming or what?"-H
"Give me a minute, sweetheart."-K

Klaus turned to the group.
"I want all the witches doing anything possible to help Cami. And everyone else should stay by her side if she wakes up."-K
"When. When she wakes up."-CF
Caroline smiled at Klaus who nodded at her.
