Celebrate the approach of summer with 67 short poems from a 67 year old short woman. Some of the poems are accompanied by an unfinished poem for the reader to complete in whatever sunny direction the imagination takes them.

In "Ensure That the Desert Does Not Grow", the ninth volume of "The Right People" series, Tom and his companions are drawn into a widening circle of intrigue that spans Europe and Africa. Their journey leads them through covert encounters, political maneuvering, and personal entanglements, as they navigate worlds where idealism and ambition collide. Along the way, they facilitate a clandestine meeting between a British intelligence operative and a man intent on becoming the world's most powerful hashish trafficker. Later, they accompany Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi on a journey to Mali, where he seeks to broker peace between the Malian government and the tribes of the country's north. In Timbuktu, they meet President Moussa Traoré and representatives of the Tuareg and Fulbe and witness fragile attempts at reconciliation. Returning to Tripolis, Tom and his friends encounter Oliver Tambo, the exiled leader of the African National Congress and a group of South African freedom fighters, further drawing them into the currents of liberation movements and geopolitical struggle. Amid these events, the long‑standing love triangle between Tom, Nikos, and Sophia finally finds resolution as Sophia discovers new love with a Nubian named Maher. As always, this novel is a work of fiction. Although grounded in extensive historical research, all characters - including historical figures - and all events depicted in the story are entirely fictional. On the importance of Water And how it should be Balanced. The story begins with the rain god, a powerful being who lives high above the clouds in a place of pure serenity. He is depicted as a tall, handsome man with long silver hair and deep, piercing blue eyes. He is engrossed in his game, completely immersed in the digital world in front of him, and content with it. However, his peaceful world is interrupted by a loud commotion. He hears the screams of many people, filled with terror and desperation. They were pleading for something, but he couldn't quite make out what it was. He was confused, not knowing where the sounds were coming from, and why they were so loud and intense. His negligence caused a severe drought, leaving the villagers struggling to survive. In response to their prayers, the rain god brought relief and ended the drought, but soon after, he summoned too much rain causing a devastating flood. The rain god realized his mistake and apologized, promising to be more responsible in the are future. He learned to balance the needs of the people with the power of rain, and the land and people thrived in harmony.

A short story I created from inspired by a puddle in my backyard

Holly is the smartest girl in her senior class, maybe even the whole school. She wants to go to Harvard to be a lawyer, and it's looking very possible she might. Declan is her best friend, and they've known each other forever. Holly is sure she knows everything she needs to know in life. Declan knows there is one thing she doesn't know, and maybe never will... Unless he can teach her how to fall in love.

No rainfall, scorching sun, dried up vegetation, little or no food, malnourishment. This are the characteristics that plagued muabe's little village and the villages around them. What is a day in Muabe's life like?

This is based on the book Dry by Jarod Shusterman and Neal Shusterman This is a subplot if you don't know what that is heres the definition : A subplot can build out the conflict in the main plot or it can be a vehicle for a secondary character's storyline. Either way, subplots have their own story arc. This subplot is my own and I made up made 4 characters wich are: Athy, Scarlet, Leo, and kie This subplot does not fully follow the actual book Book characters are: Alyssa, Garrett, Kelton, and Jaqui There are many other characters that I have not included

So I haven't found good stories of percabeth having kids. So this story sort of follows them and the grazed kids at school, so at first it's gonna be basic high school stuff, then ima add a prophecy and a quest and stuff. So um.. if you have any suggestions or ideas tell me in The cOMMents. Sooo, yeah.
