I sighed looking at my phone as it lit up every second with notifications of new comments or tags of me, all talking about a picture that someone took. It wasn't a paparazzi photo or anything, but a bystander who was taking a picture of my company, and I happened to be in the picture as well, with Tim, kissing. Someone noticed and zoomed in on it, and reposted it, tagging me and Tim.
I heard a knock on my door, "Who is it?" I asked.
"(Y/n), it's me." I heard Tim's voice.
I got up from my couch and walked towards my door, opening it. "Hey Tim." I smiled and he hugged me tightly.
"Are you okay?" he asked me.
"Yeah, I haven't read any of the comments or anything." I muttered looking at my phone.
"I tried calling, you didn't pick up. I got worried." Tim held my hand.
"I know, sorry.. I didn't know what to say." I spoke softly.
"You know, it's not your fault." he said hugging me from behind.
"I know, and I know that I shouldn't care about what people think about us, but I do. I don't want people to think badly of you, and I don't want it to badly reflect your family, or things like that." I sighed and leaned my head on his shoulder.
"You're right, what they think doesn't matter. What matters is, I love you, and the media and a bunch of jealous idiots on their phones or computers aren't going to change that." he said to me, and I felt his fingers threading through my hair.
I smiled and looked up at him, "Thanks." I said to him.
"Can we come in now?" I jumped and turned seeing that Dick had his head peeping in through the door.
"What are you guys doing here?" I asked and glanced at Tim.
"They wanted to tag along." Tim explained to me.
"Well, come on in. It's not much compared to the manor though." I said and Dick walked in, along with Jason and Damian.
"You have any beer?" Jason asked me.
"Uhm... I don't think so?" I said to him.
"Damn." Jason cursed and I giggled a bit and turned to the other 2 brothers.
"We wanted to make sure you were okay. We've seem some of the comments." Dick said.
"I haven't read any of them yet." I said pointing to my phone on the coffee table.
"They're all idiots." Damian said and sat himself on my couch.
"Well anyway, do you guys want a drink, or maybe come food?" I asked.
"Water is fine." Dick said and Damian nodded in agreement.
"Have any soda?" Jason asked.
"Soda, I have." I said and made my way to the kitchen.
We spent the rest of the day, eating, playing random board games that I had, watching movies, and card games, mainly poker.
"You are bluffing." Jason said to me.
"You can't have 3 winning hands in a row." Dick stared at me.
"Drake, what do you think?" Damian asked Tim.
"Honestly, I have no idea." Tim said and I smiled.
"So, what, fold or call?" I asked them.
"I'll fold." Tim said putting down his cards.
"Fold." Dick said and Damian agreed. I smirked and looked at Jason.
"Well?" I asked.
He stared at me. "I'll call." he said and I smiled.
"Too bad." I showed my cards.
"God, Damn it!" Jason threw down his cards and I gathered all the cash on the table.
"You're good." Dick said watching me organize the cash.
"Why thank you." I smiled and put the cash on the side.
"Well, I'm broke." Jason said stretching out and reaching into his jacket and taking out a cigarette. "Be back in a bit." he said, and left my apartment.
"So, should we continue our game of poker?" I asked.
"No way." Dick said leaning back on his arms.
"You are surprisingly good at poker." Tim said to me.
"Well, learned something new about me then." I smiled at him.
It was getting late, and the boys said they should be getting home, because Damian apparently had a bed time. Tim was the last to leave. "Hey, before you go to sleep tonight, check my post alright?"
"Okay, but why?" I asked him.
"Surprise." he said and kissed my cheek, "I love you." he said before leaving.

It was around midnight and I had done my own home spa thing just cause. I laid down in my face mask, and held my phone. I unlocked it, and went to Tim's profile. He doesn't post much or anything, but he had one recent post. It was a picture of me and Tim, from my birthday. He took me to the beach and we had a beachside sunset picnic and just watched the night sky on the beach. I scrolled to the caption, and it was simply, I love you, forever and always.
I smiled and saw there were a few thousand likes and a few thousand comments as well. I mentally prepared myself and decided to look at the comments. The top comment was a supportive one, saying how the picture was extremely cute and that they were happy that we both found our own special person to make the other smile. I smiled and scrolled through more comments. They were all mostly supportive, saying how Tim was a great guy, from people personally meeting him, and how haters are just jealous.
There were a good bunch of hateful comments, all saying I was dating Tim for the publicity and fame that comes from the Wayne name, and that I didn't truly care for Tim as a person. I understood why some people would think that, and it was a bit hurtful, but a lot of people replied to those comments defending both Tim and I. I replied to his post with my own I love you, and posted a picture of Tim and I from our first date.
