The next day few days wasn't so hard...ish?
The morning was easy. You'd basically have to get up before Nightmare, but he sure does wake up early. When we had nothing to do we'd watch TV or play games...the games don't really go so well though...mostly everyone cheats but me, and Dust doesn't really play games.
Sometimes we train or pester other AU, so it's been fun for the past few days!
I heard from Error that there was going to be a mission soon...don't know what it's about, only Error and Cross knows.
But I did figure out once Nightmare sat us all down in the living room for a quick meeting.
"Alright! We're going on a heist!" Nightmare said with a big grin.
Horror was excited, Killer was bouncing in his seat, Dust was was smiling, intrigued in what the mission is.
Error and Cross was by Nightmare side.
"It's pretty simple, so this should be easy. I heard there was a bank full of cash in Mafiatale, we're gonna go over and steal as much money as possible, once that's done-...eh! I'll tell you the next part later" Nightmare said, rolling his head back to look at the ceiling, lazily.
"Do we go together or in teams?" Horror asked, "Together" Nightmare said, reverting his head back to Horror.
Horror huffed.
He really likes it when it's teams because then he gets to goof around with Killer, Dust, and me
"It won't take long, we just need to be quick and quiet, so NO LAUGHING OR GOOFING AROUND!" Nightmare said with a sharp, intimidating smile.
Horror quickly nodded in fear.
"Good...Let's go!" Nightmare said as he opened a portal.
We all rushed in quietly, as we looked around the area.
We were in front of the bank, just not in it.
The streets lights were on, but the road was too dim to see us without being close.
Cross walked up to the door, and quickly, and quietly sliced it.
It placed an X on the door, as soon it shattered quietly.
I'm surprised the alarm didn't go off.
We all walked inside.
I looked all around the floor, ceiling, walls, just to check if there were any booby traps.
I saw a red line on the floor, that everyone seemed to have stepped over, but it looked as if Killer didn't notice it, and was about to trip the alarm.
He was about to step on the alarm til I whispered/yelled at him.
"Killer! Stop!" I whispered-yelled at him. Killer didn't move, he didn't take a step, he stood as still as a statue.
"Killer! You were about to set the alarm off!" Nightmare whispered yelled at Killer, "Sorry" Killer replied before stepping over the red beam
I sighed in relief, as we continued forward. We went behind the desk and opened a door to the rest of the building.
"Now...where are we gonna find the vault?" Dust asked Nightmare quietly. "We're supposed to go to a split hallway, but it's either on the left or the right, not sure" Nightmare replied to Dust.
We kept walking in a group, til we did find a split hallway. "Shit...guess we'll have to go into groups after all~" Horror said, with a Cheshire cat smile, "No...we'll just have to do it together and hope we get the right vault" Nightmare said.
"We'll start wiiitttthhhhh....the left side" Nightmare said. We nodded in agreement and followed Nightmare.
Luckily, the vault WAS on the left side.
"Alright! Let's make this quick, Error go delete the camera footage" Nightmare said, Error nodded and teleported away somewhere in the building, "Alright, let's open this bad boy up!~" Nightmare said with a smile as Cross cut the vault opened.
We walked in a whole lot of stacks of cash was sitting there, waiting to be used by someone.
We all gazed in awe at all the money, "Hurry, let's make it quick!" Nightmare said. Tiny portals opened in the side of the room, leading back into the mansion.
Horror, Killer, Dust, Nightmare, Cross, and I rushed to put the money in the portals. Soon most of the money was gone except a few bucks on the floor. Error came back after we were done, "I'm finish deleting the footage! We have a few seconds to get out of here before the cameras start recording again" Error said, "Good! Let's get out of here!" Nightmare told us.
We all nodded and rushed out before anyone could notice we were even there. It was to the exit we were headed for.
Nightmare avoided the red beam
Then Cross
Then Error
Dust
Horror
Then me
But as soon as hope was so close in our hands...Killer had to mess it up, and trigger the red beam.
BEEP!
BEEP!
BEEP!
Red lights flashed in our face, as the loud sound almost made us deft, even though we don't have any ears.
"WHAT THE FUCK KILLER?!" Dust yelled at Killer with a loud voice, "IT WAS AN ACCIDENT!!!" Killer yelled back.
We were all rushed to go outside, and was planning on retreating back to the mansion, but as soon as Nightmare almost ran out, gun shots were fired at him.
"YOU'RE SURROUNDED! COME OUT WITH YOUR HAND UP!!!" Police officers yelled from outside. "How'd they get here so quickly?!" Horror exclaimed.
"YOU HAVE FIVE SECONDS TO COMPLY!" They told us.
"Screw that!" Nightmare yelled with an angry tone.
"ONE!"
"This is your fault Killer!" Cross told Killer, "IT WAS AN ACCIDENT! WE WERE RUSHING!"
"TWO!"
"We're gonna get shot...I know it!" Dust said, seeming to be giving up, "Oh shut up! We've been through worst!" Cross told Dust.
"THREE!"
"WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!!!" Horror yelled, "...Quit being dramatic!" Error told Horror
"FOUR!"
"Welp...pray Asgore is on our side..."
"FIVE! FIRE!!!!!"
Gun shots were fired from everywhere, the sounds of glass breaking, and explosions from there guns was being heard, which was louder than the alarm.
I ran in front of everyone and opened my wings, to protect Nightmare and the others. As much as it hurts to get shot, I refuse for my friends to get hurt.
Everyone ducked there heads, as I hissed, and yelled in pain. Blood dripped from my wings.
That's...gonna leave a mark...
Everyone could hear my screams, the pain was almost unbearable...to bad I can't die from this.
I felt my back getting pierced with lead, blood running down like crazy!
Soon all the firing stopped, as everyone ran out of bullets.
I closed my wings, and fainted on the ground, my back was in pain...it didn't help that last time my back had to deal with a whole building falling on me...and now...I'm was getting shot none-stop...I do hope it's worth it in the end.
Nightmare and the others looked up, and saw me on the ground. They saw how I had taken all the bullets for them.
As much as they were grateful, they were furious with anger and wrath at every last police officer who shot me.
Without a word, or a the time to take in a breath, Nightmare and the others killed, and massacred everyone, not leaving a single drop of blood in them.
They were covered in dust and blood from monsters and humans. Once they were done, they walked over to me, on the floor.
"Is he alright?" Killer asked, "I don't know...we can't touch him, he hates being touch..." Nightmare said, "And the fact that he could kill us if we DID touch him is frightening...." Dust added.
"So what do we do?" Cross asked, "Don't know...I don't know anyone who can pick him up, or help us put him somewhere safe..." Nightmare said, scratching the back of his neck.
As they discussed what to do, a person in the background, heard them, saw them...and what they did.
His eye glowed a light blue, with a hint of yellow. His had a cigarette in his mouth, and nice dapper clothing on, with a blue hat, and a red tie.
He walked quietly and closer to the group of monsters, holding a rifle in his hand.
"We can't just teleport him back home, his back would get crushed by stacks of money...and I don't think I'd appreciate money being covered in blood." Killer said.
"Be grateful it's not your blood!" Cross said, growling at Killer, narrowing his eyes at Killer.
"Whatever!" Killer said, crossing his arms, huffing out his chest. "Shut up! It's not the time to argue...we need to find a way to-"
"HEY!"
A mysterious person yelled from the shadow...only his light blue eyes visible to them. Nightmare and the others were on there guard.
"You folks aren't from around here...but I've heard about ya'..." the mysterious person said, "And really...you aren't allowed in my territory~!" the mysterious person said, revealing himself into the street light as a Sans- Mafia sans to be exact.
"Say hello to my little friend~" he said as he held the rifle at them, threatening to shoot, "So if you know what's good for ya'...YOU'D GO AHEAD A RUN BEFORE MY FRIEND TAGS YA' DEAD!..." Mafia told them, with his eyelights going dark, only the void of his sockets shown.
Dust tensed up, knowing he was gonna shoot at them anyways, but stayed because he respected Reaper. The others thought the same, even Nightmare who's soul is cold for everyone except his friends.
Mafia laugh like a manic, and started shooting towards them in circles. Nightmare and the others tensed up for the pain, in till....
It never came.
I had quickly got up, and instead of my wings, which was severally damaged, I used my scythe, making all the bullets hit the scythe instead.
Nightmare and the other saw it was me, and smiled. I smirked back at them. "Soo~ I heard your friend wanted to play a game of tag~" I told him.
Mafia looked at me in fear, dropping his rifle and making a run for it. Before he couldn't even escape to the dark. I grabbed him by the waist and snapped his neck before he turned to dust.
I huffed in pain, and adrenaline
I started giggling to myself...then laughing...and soon I could stop laughing loudly like I'm insane.
The others looked at me relaxed, or either concerned.
Soon I calmed down and stopped laughing, and walked back over to the others. "Hey Reaper...You gonna be okay?" Killer asked me.
I smirked at him, "Better than ever!" I told him. Killer sighed in relief, "We still cool?" He asked, "Yeah, we're still cool!" I told him. "Whatever, it's 3 in the morning and I'm already tired...let's go home and take a rest..." Nightmare said.
We all retreated back into the mansion, the living room was filled with money on the floor, so we went into the throne room.
"Alright, next things next. This time we go in partners," Nightmare said. Horror, Killer, Dust, and I celebrated quickly, before listening to Nightmare again, "I think four people have what we need. Dust, your in charge of your team, you'll go see Bill and your friend Fell, see what he has for sale" Nightmare said.
"Roger that!" Dust said with a smirk of confident, "Error, Cross, and I will go see Fellswap and Hate, see what they can do for us" Nightmare said, Cross and Error nodded.
"For the time being, wash up! I'll call you all in the afternoon, you're all dismissed!" Nightmare told us.
We all nodded, while the others left.
I stayed with Nightmare to ask a question. "Uhm- Nightmare? Can I ask a question?" I asked, "You just did..." Nightmare told me, "Oh...can I ask two questions?" I asked him, "You just did..." Nightmare told me, as he started to giggling, "Can I ask four questions?" I asked him, "You just did..." Nightmare said with a grin, "When?" I asked, "Now..." Nightmare told me.
I stood there confused, as Nightmare burst into laughter. "NIGHTMARE?!" I yelled, "I'm sorry! I couldn't resist!!!!!!" Nightmare said as he fell to the floor, dying of laughter. Huffed and cross my arms, as Nightmare started to calm down.
"I'm s-sorry..what w-were you trying to a-ask?" Nightmare said, giggling in the middle of his sentences, "I was gonna ask what this mission is for" I told him.
Nightmare took a breath in, and breathed out, with a wide grin of enjoyment. "Simple, I want to make a machine that will stun the star dorks power" Nightmare said.
"Can such a thing be made? To take away someone power?" I asked, "Yeah, we live in a multiverse were mostly anything isn't impossible, even escaping death is possible, ask Error" Nightmare said.
I tilted my head in confusion, "Do you think it could stun my powers?" I asked, "Mmmm....Not sure, I only planned for it to stun the star dork, but it could be a cool experiment to test on you" Nightmare said.
Hope grew in my soul.
"But don't count on it...I'm not sure" Nightmare said as my hope shrunk a bit smaller. I nodded, "Welp, if that's all I'm going to take a long nap..." Nightmare said before walking away, out of the throne room, leaving me there...alone.
