my heart hammered inside me as my lips unknowingly curved into a smile, i felt happy even after all that happened yesterday. my body felt sore at different places but seeing this note was enough to make everything feel so right.

the boy's eyes trailed on mine as i saw how it widened and his mouth suddenly hang low as i sat beside him. i couldn't help but let out a giggle and for the hundredth time, his cheeks flushed pink and i just don't know why.
