I woke up with a groan as I heard the alarm from my phone ringing out loud from the bedside table. It was 6 a.m on the dot. I rubbed my eyes to get my vision accustomed to my surroundings. Dark but cozy looking foreign room.

"I checked it last night too. After you slept. I got them cancelled" he said simply like it was no big deal.
Well it actually wasn't a big deal. I had no big things to do back home, but what the hell?
"Cancelled? For what joy?" I said, shocked at his confession.
"For our early morning moment that I do not want anything to meddle with" he said coolly again.
"What early morning moment!" I was so surprised with this reckless guy and his last minute decisions that were born of pure instinct.
