As much as I hate the Warped tour manager I am super pumped for the concert tonight. Holy fucking shit. MSG!!! But I'm also super nervous and Robert has taken all of our phones and placed them in a box and locked them. Like really? Who the fuck does he think he is? That is MY personal property. Plus I always, always talk to Harry before a concert to calm my nerves and I can't because Robert has security on EVERY entrance backstage. This feels like fucking high school and I cannot be more pissed right now.
I'm pacing my dressing room when Caleb walks in the door and winks at me. I screw my eyebrows confused until a familiar curly head pops into view. Caleb stands by the door checking for anyone and Harry comes to me wrapping me in his arms.
"How?" I peck his lips and he smirks.
"I have my ways." He winks and I glare at him until he gives in. "Okay one of the security guys has a daughter and I called her and signed something for her to let me backstage." He shrugs causing me to laugh. "You're going to do amazing. Like always." He winks again causing me to blush. "I love that." He leans down kissing my lips sweetly.
"You love what?" I ask when he pulls away.
"I love that after all this time I still can make you blush." He smiles but not in a proud or cocky way but more of a sweet and loving way which makes me swoon.
"I hope it's always like this. Like even when we're 80 something I hope we'll still be able to make each other blush." I blurt out not realizing I just admitted I wanted to basically spend the rest of my life with him which causes me to blush. I know we've discussed our futures together before but never like what I just admitted. Harry smiles leaning down to kiss me.
"Oh shit!" Caleb says kicking himself off from leaning against the wall."
"El diablo." He replies quietly.
"What?"
"Robert alert." Harry whispers searching the room quickly for a hiding spot. He dives behind the couch placed a foot from the wall right as Robert walks in with his head held high.
"I heard talking." He says smugly.
I look sarcastically around the room and to Caleb before shooting my eyes back to Robert. "There is another person in my room." I reply.
Robert gives me an evil glare and walking around the room before walking in circles around me. Caleb stands straighter ready to defend me as Robert is standing behind me. He leans his head to my ear placing his hands on my elbows.
"I'd watch it if I were you." He chuckles into my ear and walks out of the room.
I shiver because the bastard touched me.
"The nerve of that man!" Caleb shouts while Harry gets up.
"That was close." He chuckles.
"Harry! This is not a funny moment." I scold him but laughing at my boyfriends face as he holds an innocent "what?" look.
"Alright let's sneak Harry back out before we almost get caught." Caleb says looking down the hall.
I smile skipping over to Harry entwining our fingers and walking out of the door.
"You'll do fine babe." Harry whispers into my ear.
I squeeze his hand the gesture giving him a thank you. We hear a door open behind us and Harry jumps in the room that luckily has the door open. I freeze glancing over my shoulder and realizing its only Kellin.
"Holy shit, Kellin." I gasp. Kellin looks confused until Harry walks back into the hallway.
"Oh I see. Sneaking in some alone time." Kellin winks and I blush.
"No.. Not like.. That." I stutter awkwardly which makes Kellin laugh.
"Oh I know. I am a fan of both of you so I do know a little bit." Kellin pats the both of us on the back.
"Ready to rock tonight?" Kellin gives me shoulder a squeeze.
"Hell yeah!" I smile widely.
"Well well well... What do we have hear?" I hear a voice from behind me instantly knowing who it is causing all four of us to tense.
We all slowly turn around to see Robert with his arms crossed.
"I told you I would be watching you punks." He tsks.
None of us say a word because all of our contracts beside Harry's is on the line. I don't know if he can actually call our labels and remove us but none of us are risking it.
Robert comes and circles around us shaking his head and stopping in front of me.
"Now look. Do you know how hard I worked in college and my career to get to my position?" He spits out at me.
I shake my head keeping my mouth shut.
"Very hard. Long nights studying and ass kissing to get to where I am today."
"Okay." I shrug completely annoyed with him.
"And only to watch you punks disobey my rules."
"Maybe if your rules weren't so strict and if you didn't treat us like 12 year olds we would respect you." I say back to him.
"You better watch who you are talking to because I'm not having it."
I nod my head keeping my mouth quiet.
"Now since its the first night I'll let it slide but do not under any circumstance let it happen again or you, Christiana, will suffer the consequences." He points a crooked finger at me and I nod my head turning around grabbing Harry's hand and walking to the main room backstage.
We all four walk in huffing Kellin, Harry, and I falling on the sofa and I close my eyes.
"Hey why does he get to be here and not my girlfriend?" Someone shouts I don't even bother opening my eyes to see who it is.
"Don't even start." Kellin says and whoever said that hushed. I feel Harry's thumb caressing the back of my hand and I move to rest my head on his shoulder.
"What are we going to do?"
"We'll figure out something. We always do." I feel Harry kiss my temple raising his free hand to brush my hair out of my face.
"Sleeping With Sirens is up first." I hear Robert announce in the room.
"Good luck." I mumble to Kellin before he leaves and I feel him pat my knee.
I assume Robert left so when I felt the couch shift I was startled opening my eyes.
"I know I was a little harsh before and I know you two love each other. You two look at each other the same way my wife and I looked at each other but I don't want anything distracting any of you this tour. This is the hugest tour Warped has ever done and we're trying to start something new in music and bring back punk rock music." Robert says softly and sweetly and I am appalled.
I nod my head not exactly knowing what to say.
"But I mean what I said, if I catch you sneaking around one more time I will yank your contract and have you replaced." He says sternly and leaving the room.
"Da fuck?" I say shocked looking to Harry and he shrugs confused at Roberts bipolar attitude.
"Looked?" Harry asks and I remember Robert saying looked instead of looks.
"Maybe she passed away?"
"Maybe she left him? That could explain his bitterness well either way I guess."
"Still doesn't give him the right to take it out on us though."
Caleb walks back into the room after getting changed and the rest of my band joins and we begin to go over our song list. We agree to sing the song I wrote for Harry last showing a different side to us. I look at Harry and his smile is spread across his face.
"10 minutes until you go on. Harry must leave now." Robert tells us before walking back out the door he came in.
I appreciate him giving Harry and I time because I literally don't think I can ever preform without at least hearing his voice but him spending time with me is absolutely perfect. Maybe if I can show Robert that Harry doesn't affect my performance then Robert could let Harry stay and leave like his is now.
Harry quickly pecks my lips and walks to the section reserved for anyone who comes tonight. Hopefully if tonight goes well we can continue the rest of tour just like tonight.
We walk on stage and do our magic. Caleb has been teaching me how to scream-sing. Basically I hit a note then it turns into a scream then I go straight back into singing. That's the best way I can describe it. We decided to do that because it created another sort of edge on the songs but I leave the hardcore screaming to Caleb.
Our first half of our little concert goes well. We stop and get some water.
"How y'all doing tonight?" I yell into the mic and the crowd yells.
"What was that?" I laugh resting my elbow on Warrens shoulder being as me and him are the same height. "Warren they're too loud I couldn't understand what they're saying."
Warren shrugs and I move the mic so he can talk.
"I think they're having fun, Christiana." He tells me and the crowd screams causing us to laugh.
"I think so." I wink at Warren bumping my hip into his before grabbing my guitar ready to play our next song. The rest of the concert goes sick. I honestly think each of us did our best tonight. The last song is the song I wrote for Harry so I grab my stool to sit on and Caleb grabs his sitting next to me grabbing his acoustic while I just have my mic.
"I want to dedicate this to my wonderful boyfriend. I'm not going to be all mushy but yeah. You mean a lot to me and I love you so here's the song." I say and Caleb begins playing.
At the and of the song I search the spot where our guests are but I can't find Harry. I'm a little sad but we say our goodbyes letting Of Mice & Men take over the stage. The second I walk backstage all I see is a body running towards me and embracing me in a hug.
I chuckle wrapping my arounds around his torso pulling him in closer.
"It was perfect." I hear Harry mumble into my hair.
"How'd you get back here?"
"Robert told me I could."
I pull away surprised. "Really?"
"Yeah. He said go get her so I did." He cheekily winks and I lean up to kiss him. I walk further into the main room backstage and I see a familiar red head sitting on the couch. Caleb's ex girlfriend.
Has Caleb seen her? He walked back first.
"To answer your question which I know you're thinking. No Caleb hasn't seen me. I need to talk to you."
I nod agreeing to talk to her. Harry kisses my cheek and walks off to some room while I sit and talk to my old friend.
"So.." I say awkwardly. She broke my best friends heart. It doesn't matter if we were friends or not. Nobody messes with my friends.
"How have you been? I heard you went to rehab but you seem so much better but that's only judging by what the media says." Kristi asks me.
"I'm fine."
"I'm really happy that you and Harry are still strong."
"Yeah I guess we know how to handle a long distance relationship." I snap at her but instantly regretting it because she looks down at her hands in her lap. "Sorry." I mumble looking at my own hands.
"No, I deserve it. But I want you to know something."
"What?"
"I didn't cheat on Caleb. I only hung out with Joseph until I broke it off with Caleb."
"So you broke things off with your boyfriend of two years to try things with a guy you just met?"
"Yeah and it didn't end well."
"No shit." I blurt out before realizing what I said. "Sorry."
"Same old Christiana." She laughs and I find myself laughing with her. "I want to get back with him but I don't know if he still loves me or not."
"He never stopped but I don't think it's a good idea."
"Why?"
"Because what happens when someone else comes into your life as you want to try new things."
"I learned my mistake and you know how I am."
"Yeah I do."
"So are you going to help me?"
"I don't know."
"I know you're protective of him and you have every right to be but I need to get back with him nothing has been right without him."
"I'll see."
We hear a door open and Caleb walks into the room.
"Kristi?"

Hey y'all! So I'm on medication because idiot me sprained my ankle (hopefully) I'm going to the doctor on Monday to see if its only a sprain.
I left my laptop and my phone charger at home. I know brilliant right? My mom is bringing them up on Saturday so I'll update Don't Let Me Go once I get my laptop!
