“ I got you, I got you, my love," I felt a hand hold mine and quickly pulled me up.
Luca. He came.
“ I got you, I got you," He kept chanting as he pulled me to himself and my hand immediately held him tightly as a sob broke through my lips.
“ I'm here, you're okay now," He said as he ran his fingers through my hair.
“ Call an ambulance," he said but I didn't know who he was talking to.
“ Let's go, everything is alright now," he said but I couldn't stop crying, the thought of seeing Anita fall down was like a nightmare that was about to become a part of me.
The look she gave me was horrific. It was like she was going to keep hunting me in my dreams. I wasn't the one who offended her but she took out all her anger on me.
I wrapped my arms tightly around Luca because it felt like if I didn't feel his body on mine, I would be taken back to what just happened.
“ She fell off, she fell off, I was holding her and then she fell off," I cried harder into his chest.
“ It's okay, shh, don't think too much about it," He said and I felt him try to pull away but I clutched him tighter.
“ I'm not going anywhere, I just want to lift you into my arms, okay," he said and I nodded as he slowly lifted me up.
My head felt blank, the world was beginning to spin and then I felt darkness suddenly welcome me.

She hasn't spoken for two days and I was beginning to worry. I asked the doctor why she was like that and he told me it was normal for patients who witnessed a traumatizing situation, that she was still in shock.
I tried talking to her but got no response as she just stared into nothingness.
The only thing she has opened her mouth to do was eat which was even by force.
I didn't like seeing her like that, it bothered me too much. And to think that everything that happened was because of me. If I wasn't a stupid playboy all this wouldn't have happened. I jumped on anything with a skirt and just when I thought I would stop because I found the one, my past came to bite me hard.
I never would have guessed that Anita would be the one behind everything. When I saw her I couldn't even look at her, she didn't die immediately, she was brought to the hospital but it wasn't like there was anything they could do for her, she died the next morning.
She was a good manager but I never knew she had ulterior motives and see how everything ended.
“ Have she said anything?" My sister asked as she walked into the room with a bag.
“ No, she just fell asleep not too long," I said with a sigh as my eyes went to a sleeping Katherine.
“ Everything would be fine, Dad sent this for her, made it himself, he calls it the good memory soup," She said and I couldn't help but chuckle as she dropped the bag on the bedside table.
“ What did you tell him?" I asked.
“ Well, half of the whole truth but I guess the only part he heard was that your girlfriend was sick, you should have seen his face," She said and I couldn't help the smile that filled my face.
Anna took the other chair and just stared at Katherine.
“ You know she's quite strong, she has gone through so much and I just hope that after this she'll finally be happy and there will be no more drama," She said.
“ I'm going to make sure there would be no more, it's a promise because she deserves the best,"
“ She does, I don't want to even think about what might have happened at the Old Rock building. This woman sure deserves the world.”
" Yeah and that's why you're going to help me, when she wakes and get better, I'm going to ask her to marry me,”
" Aye, that's super cool, I can't wait,”
" Me too,”

I opened my eyes and the first thing I noticed was Luca’s head. He was fast asleep. I ran my fingers through his hair as I just looked at him.
He must be so worried about me, I saw the way he looked at me waiting for me to speak but I just couldn't bring myself to speak, it was like fear swallowed up my vocals and I just couldn't speak. I have never experienced this type of feeling before, this type of fear.
I tried to open my mouth but it was hard like I was a child learning how to speak all over again.
" Lu…Lu…" I stopped myself with a sigh as I closed my eyes.
I knew the longer I took to speak it's going to make Luca worry and I have to try, if not for anything, for him.
“ Lu…Luc…Luca…Luca baby,” I called as I shook his shoulder and he groaned before jerking up.
" Are you okay? Do you need something?” He asked but I just smiled as I looked at him.
My man, the man who would give his all for me. I felt a feeling go through my chest, this was more than love it was like our souls finally merged, if that made sense.
" I love you,” I whispered and he looked at me with eyes filled with shock and adoration.
" You're speaking again,” He said as his hands went around me in a hug as he kissed my head.
“ Yeah, I think I love you too much I had to tell you," I said and he chuckled.
“ I love you a thousand times more," he said
“ I love you a million times more," I said.
" Then I guess we're going to spend the rest of our life arguing that,” he said as he pulled away from the hug looking deep into my eyes.
" Marry me Katherine, be my wife forever, just me you and I'll spend the rest of my life showering you with love, even if I'm not the best man, I'm going to keep trying my best to be better for you, please marry me. There's no perfect time, this is the perfect time, I just needed to hear you say it,” he said and I felt my heart skip.
He was asking me to marry him, I couldn't contain my excitement as my arms went around him in a tight hug.
" Yes, I'll marry you and you're the best man,” I said as his hands went around me tightly. I felt something wet drop on my shoulder. Tears?
I held him tighter, he was my man to protect forever.
“ You sure are shitty in making a proposal you know, you could have at least brought a ring," I said and he chuckled.
“ I thought I already put a ring inside you from the day I touched you," He said as I hit him on the shoulder pushing away from him.
Leave Luca to turn anything into a naughty talk and to think I'll be stuck with him for a very long time.
Well, life would be fun.
