I feel like Time has a disorder
It can't make up it's mind
It can be evil
But it can be kind
When I want something soon, it takes a thousand years
But if I dread it, it speeds at me like a bullet
If you're in it it feels like it could last forever,
But it will be over in the blink of an eye

Time, why are you so cruel?
Just let me get my dreams for more than a moment
Or let me avoid the things I hate
By saying "it's far away"
I could say a million things or even tell my life story
If it gave me a chance
But Time only gives enough for a superficial statement,
One they hear every day
What I did was enough
I have to remind myself
Time is a blessing and a curse
Because I meant what I said
And I think they felt it
All I ever wanted was what they know now
But they're gone, and now I feel so alone
They still don't know my name
Time, how could you let this happen?
