Max pushed away Walker as it was coming for Alice, stabbing it in the head before another one grabbed him from behind. As he turned to push the Walker, Alice came up and stabbed it in the head when the creature went to bite him.
He pushed his girlfriend towards the alleyway, his hand quickly touching his shoulder before sprinting down the alley with what's left of his group. When they got to the hospital, Rosita, Eugene, and Rosita spilt from the group to go find their kids.
Max kissed his girlfriend on the head. "I'll find our little girl. I'll find her!"
He run off and caught up with the three others as they ran towards the kids center. Rosita bursted out the door, storming with the boys hot on her heels and headed towards the nursery where the crying was coming from.
They burst through the door of the nursery where Coco, Mariam, and his daughter was trapped underneath a overturned crib. Max and Rosita took out the three walkers before the woman flipped out the crib and took her daughter into her arms.
Max dropped to his knee in front his daughter who was crying her little heart out. He careful picked up his newborn daughter, holding her to his chest as a sob ripped out of his throat. "It—it's okay, BB. I got you. I got you, baby girl."
"Rosita! Max!" Eugene shouted as he stumbled through the door with Gabe. He immediately went over to Mariam and picked her up, comforting the child as he looked at Max and BB. "Is that BB? Is she okay?"
Max sniffed, nodding. "Yeah, it is. She's okay."
"We got Mercer. Any update on the kids?" Zeke's voice came though the walkie.
"We found them." Gabriel replied, looking down at his daughter.
"And BB?"
Gabe looked over at the newborn baby girl. "Yeah, we found her. She's okay."
"Thank god. We'll see you at the hospital."
Gabe helped Max wrapped his daughter in a baby wrap on his chest and made sure BB was secure before he went and helped his girlfriend with Coco. Mariam was strapped to Eugene's back as they headed towards the hospital. Before they could get there had to go through a horde and was their car was surrounded by the fuckers.
"Rosita, where are you?" The walkie talkie crackled with Carol's voice.
"We went through a horde of walkers. Oh, my god. Our ride is fucked!" Rosita answered to putting the walkie into Gabe's backpack.
Eugene nodded to them all before he opened the back door of the car and jumped out, followed by the rest of them. Max swung his hammer, stabbing and kicking back the walkers as they shuffled through them.
"Eugene, up the pipe! Go!" Rosita shouted, pointing the pipe on the wall of the building.
Eugene started up the pipe, followed by Gabe and Max and pulled the blonde boy the rest of the way in. The three men look out of the window, Gabe stuck out his for his girlfriend was climbing the pipe as she was fighting off walkers.
They called out for her, all of the boys reaching out for Rosita. Suddenly Rosita fell into the herd of walkers, causing them to scream for her.
"Rosita!" Eugene and Max cried out for their friend.
"Rosie!" Gabe screamed for his girlfriend.
Suddenly the herd surrounding Rosita was pushed back by the woman who swung her weapons, slicing off their heads. Rosita climbed on top of the car, followed by a couple of the variants which she took out.
"Come on, jump for it!" Gabe told Rosita who jumped cross the herd and grabbed the pipe, climbing it until she was grabbed by the boys and pulled in to the building.

In the hospital, Matilda immediately went over to her husband and daughter, telling Carol and Zeke to help Daryl into a room as she picked up her daughter. She ripped off her wag not caring anymore if they knew or not, her long dark hair fall down her back as she pulled off her mask.
Only person who was shook to see her was Ezekiel who didn't know about her like the rest, except for Connie and her friends and Maxxine. When they got into a room, Zeke and Carol put her husband on a bed next to their daughter who she had put down.
Matilda got to work on her daughter, the bullet was still in Cassie's shoulder but it was the blood loss that scared her to death. Her daughter had lost a lot of blood and she was more than happy to give. She glanced at her husband who was getting his head wrapped by Carol.
When she was down, she wrapped the wound, Matilda pulled a chair between her husband and daughter and sat down. She took one of each of their hands in hers, waiting for them to wake as Carol put a needle her arm then in Cassie and let her blood flow through her daughter.
Matilda took out the needle when she knew it was enough and then snapped her head over to her husband who grunted. "Daryl?" Daryl opened his eyes, before squeezing them shut again. "Daryl, hey."
When his eyes opened again, they locked on her. Her husband blinked a few times before sitting down quickly. She backed up, her hands disconnected from him and their daughters.
"Tilda?" Her husband said, looking at her in disbelief and confusion.
"Yeah, Dare, it's me." Matilda said with the tiniest smile.
She was then wrapped in his arms again. Her face pressed into his shoulder, his familiar scent invaded her nose. His arms closed around her tightly like he was afraid to ever let her go again. Matilda hugged him back as tightly as he was and felt his body shake as he cried in her hair.
Daryl felt so many emotions but one beat the rest. His wife was back in his arms, he couldn't believe she was here. Happiness flooded him as he started crying, tightening his arms around her. But that happiness ended as quick as it came when he caught sight of their daughter lying on the bed.
They pulled away as he pulled off the head wrap and went to their daughter, laying his hand on her pale cheek. "She's lost a lot of blood."
"I gave her some of mine." Matilda told him as she glanced at Connie and her friends who were crying over one of their friend. "All the doctors are gone, so are the nurses and the medicine."
"Where?" Her husband asked, glancing between her and Carol.
"We heard Pamela took everything, and she's holed up in her gated community, and she left the rest of the Commonwealth to fend for itself." Carol answered before looking at Matilda. "Can you do something?"
"The plan is fucked. The best I can do is send my last two units out to gather as many people is they can, but it won't be enough. More then half the people of Commonwealth will be out there." Matilda explained. "Unless I take a unit or half from Alexandria, but it still won't save all of them."
"Send out your units, take half from Alexandria." Carol said causing her to nod.
Matilda went to radio to her units and update her dad and Michonne as Daryl watched her and said. "How is she here?"
"She'll explain to us when this is all over, but all I know is that she's been helping us from the inside. She was Sally." Carol said.
Daryl looked away from his wife and to his daughter, not knowing what to feel. "We gotta got to the community."
"There's too many troopers. Hoping to find somebody to get us in without a fight." The woman replied.
"What about Mercer?" Daryl asked, glancing back his wife who was hugging Judith. He looked back at Carol. "He knows people inside."
"Maxxine looks so. There's a team after him. Some others are looking for the kids, and they'll meet us back here."
"So, we just wait?" He sneered.
"No." Matilda said, coming back over to them with her arm around her baby sister. "We're gonna care her and you."
They looked over to Connie and her friends, watching as they said goodbye to Luke who was dying. And when he did pass, the women sobbed as Magna had to stab him in the head so he doesn't turn into a walker. As they covered him up, a loud noise came outside the room causing the women to grab their weapons and head out.
"I'm gonna sweep the hospital, make sure the others are okay." Carol said, picking up her bow.
Daryl looked his wife and said. "Stay."
"I'm not leaving. Not anymore." Matilda said as she grabbed another needle. "She's need more blood."
"I'll do it." Daryl volunteered immediately. "Mine goes with anybody."
Matilda didn't question him as she picked the needle in his arm and then into their daughter's, letting her husband's blood flow into their daughter.
"Tilda." He said.
She looked up at him. "Yeah?"
"I'm glad you're here." Daryl says, reaching out for her hand.
Matilda did something that he missed so much. She kissed him for the first time in years, the same sparks they had before jumped to life before they pulled away.
"Me too and I promise, I'll never leave you again. Any of us." She looked from her husband to their daughter, then to her baby sister. "C'here, Judy." Judith hurried into her big sister's arms, hugging her around the waist.
Matilda and Daryl stood next to the bed either side, waiting for their daughter to wake up as Judith sat on the chair, her hand clutched her sister's. Tilly brushed hair out of Cassie's face, her thumb caressing the skin of Cas's forehead.
Suddenly Cassie gasped softly, moving her head around and opened her eyes. Her eyes locked on her dad first, who hated the pain the way showing in her blue eyes. "Daddy? What's happening?"
"Shh, it's okay. You're at the hospital." Daryl says, his hand smoothed her head.
"Where's mommy?" She asked before looking around and shot her mother on the other side of her. "Why am I here? Am I gonna die? I don't wanna die, mommy, daddy."
Matilda placed her hand on her daughter's injured shoulder, keeping her from sitting up. "No, no, baby girl. You're not gonna die."
Cassie whimpered as she started to cry. "It's feel—it's feels like I'm gonna die. Daddy, I don't wanna leave you. I can't. Mommy is back and now we're finally together." She let out a sob that broke her parents's heart. "I don't wanna die!"
"Shh, you're not gonna die." Daryl said, swallowing the lump in his throat. "You're not gonna die, baby. You're not gonna leave me. You're fine. You're fine."
Cassie's eyes fluttered, open and close as she murmured. "Max told me what you said to Uncle Lee before he died. You said, 'We're gonna rule the world' and I...beli..."
She fall unconscious again, causing her parents to freak out. Daryl grabbed her face in his hands. "Cassie? Come on, wake up. Come on, baby. Cassie!"
Carol rushed in and said. "Walkers breached. We gotta go."
"I can't. I can't go." Daryl said as walkie crackled to life.
"Carol, do you copy?"
"Rosita, where are you?" Carol asked.
"We're in the alley behind the hospital. We went through a horde of walkers. Oh, my god. Our ride is fucked!" Rosita replied.
"We gotta go." Carol told the couple.
Daryl and Matilda told Judith to stay with Cassie before they closed the door and barricaded it with a stretcher. They headed into the main lobby to see Connie and her friends blocking the door.
"No fucking way." Matilda muttered as she watched a Walker slam a rock against the window of the door before the window shattered.
The walkers started to flood in making Matilda and the rest fight against them before more came down a hallway. The walkers pushed against the door that Connie and her friends were holding and slammed open the doors causing the women to move out of the way.
"We gotta move! Run!" Daryl shouted as he and his wife ran back towards their daughter and Judith.
Matilda pushed the stretcher out of the way, throwing open the door and burst in with Daryl following. Her husband picked up their daughter as she grabbed her sister's hand. They hurried out of the room with their group following and ran through the walls of the hospital, trying to find a way out.
