"Y/n!" My mother knocked on my door.
"I'm coming!"
I pulled the ties on my back braking corset, tying them off and slipping my dress over the top.
"Y/n what are you doing in there!"
My mother burst through the doors, looking rather annoyed at me.
"How long does it take to get dressed!" She complained " Y/n I told you to wear your other dress"
"I like this one, the other one itches and I can hardly breathe"
"Fine, whatever just hurry up otherwise we are going to be late!"
I followed her down the stairs where my sister and father were already waiting by the door.
"It took you long enough" My father huffed.
"Leave her be" My sister said " She's just anxious that's all"
"She isn't the one getting married in two days!" My mother butted in " now get in the carriage before we are late, we don't want to make a bad impression on the Reeds"
We all got into the carriage and headed to the house of Reed. My sister was to be wedded to their eldest son in two days. I was happy for her of course, but she hasn't even met him yet, neither have I, I'm not sure if she even wants to get married. It's not like she has much of a choice, being the eldest heir, she has to.
When we arrived, we entered the household and were greeted by them.
"Ahh Lord Y/dln" Lord Reed said hugging my father " good to see you. This is my daughter meera and my son Jojen you're daughter is to wed"
Jojen wasn't quite what I was expecting. He was build quite skinny, with dark blonde hair and brown eyes.
"This is my daughter Y/sn the one you'll be marrying and my daughter Y/n"
"Well, let's get you directed to your rooms"
We were shown to our rooms, where we would be staying until they married. I couldn't wait to go home, I didn't want to stay here. I heard a faint knock on my door so I answered.
"Can I come in?" My sister asked.
"Yeah"
She walked in, shutting the door behind her and sitting down on the end of my bed.
"I want to be honest with you" She said " I don't want to get married"
"I know, it's kind of obvious, to me at least"
"It's not that I don't want to maybe eventually, but Jojen is a little young for me and I've never met him in my life, I haven't been able to get to know him at all. He just doesn't seem to suit my taste, he's too... adventurous"
"Well, it's not like you have a choice"
"I know" She sighed.
"I don't want you to leave"
"I'm sorry I wish I'd didn't have to"
"I know, it's ok"
"Well, I best be going" She said.
She said goodbye and left. I tried to go to bed but I couldn't seem to sleep. Maybe it was because I was away from home, or maybe because I was anxious about the wedding, either way I couldn't fall asleep.
So I got up, warpoing my dressing gown around me and wandering into the dark, cold hallway. I'm pretty sure I remembered which room was my sisters. As I headed to my sisters room I walked into someone.
"Oh hello" I heard Jojen say.
"Sorry, I was trying to see my sister"
"It's ok" He said " uh are you alright"
"Yeah I'm fine, I'll just go back to bed she's probably sleeping anyway"
Luckily, for the darkness it hid my blush.
"Ok then, night" he said.
"Goodnight"
I went back to my room and get back into bed falling asleep in no time.
The next morning I woke up and got dressed heading out into the gardens. I didn't want to join everyone else, bantering on about the wedding when Y/sn clearly didn't want to have one. I just walked around the garden admiring the pretty flowers of all colours, smelling their sweet aromas.
"Hello" I heard.
Jojen started walking next to me.
"Hi"
"How are you?"
"Alright you?"
"Alright I suppose"
"How do you find my sister?" I asked him.
"She's ok I'm mean she's nice I just don't find interest in marrying her, I want to marry someone I actually live you know, not someone I met s day ago"
"She feels the same way"
"She's a bit older than me too"
"Yes" I giggled.
"You're closer to my age, probably a year or so younger than me"
"What are you suggesting?" I asked.
"I- nothing I just" He blushed.
I laughed " it's fine I'm messing with you"
"Oh, well, my mother will be wondering where I am, but before I go" He plucked a pretty Y/fc flower, handing it to me " for you"
"How did you know my favourite colour?"
"Lucky guess" he shrugged.
He walked off leaving me alone. I couldn't help it, I was falling for him.
Night had quickly creeped up on us and it was the night before the wedding. I comforted Y/sn about it as she was quite worried. When I was walking back to my room I bumped into someone.
"Sorry" I apologised.
"And we're here again, what a coincidence"
"Jojen, hi"
"Hi"
"Can I talk to you?" He asked.
"Yeah"
We headed into my room for a little privacy.
"So?" I asked.
"I don't want to marry your sister, I want to marry you"
"What?"
"I like you Y/n, a lot more than I like her and I know we haven't known eachother for very long but I just know that, I feel something with you that I don't with her"
"But, you're marrying my sister"
"Then let me marry you, you said yourself, your sister doesn't want to marry me either"
"My parents wouldn't allow it"
"I don't care"
He brought my lips into a sweet kiss, pushing me down onto the bed. Quickly removing our clothes, continuing to kiss.
"This is a bad idea" I muttered into the kiss.
"Don't worry" He said "it will be fine"
I felt him slowly push into me and I arched my back instantly. As he started moving, thrusting his hips I felt myself becoming a heated mess underneath him. I felt bad for doing it but I couldn't help but enjoy it. It's not like my sister would care, honestly she would probably be happy for me. I was lost in a feeling of ecstasy and clarity as he slammed into me. Holding back my moans was hard, we didn't want to get caught, but sometimes a few whimpers would escape my mouth.
"Uh shit" He groaned.
"Oh Jojen" I whined.
My high rushed through me, sending waves of pleasure throughout my body. When we finished, we laid down and cuddled up, falling asleep.
"What is this!" I heard.
I groaned, waking up to see my mother scowling at me. Horror flushed through me. I was going to be in big trouble.
"Your sister is suppose to be getting married today and you do this!" She yells " This is an outrage!"
"Mother calm down!"
Jojen stirred and sat up, rubbing his eyes.
"What's going o..." He saw my mother and went white " oh god"
"Downstairs both if you" She ordered.
We both exchanged worrying looks then got dressed and went downstairs to see everyone waiting for us.
"Jojen" his father said " you're getting married to Y/sn"
"I don't want to father!" He said.
"What?" His father looked devistated.
" Y/sn doesn't either"
"It's true" My sister admitted.
"I want to marry Y/n"
"But she isn't the eldest..." His father started.
"So? She's a Y/ln isn't she?"
"Well, yes..."
"So what's the issue?"
"I- well- I mean-as long as her parents are happy with it?" He turned to my father.
"I suppose so" He shrugged.
I was almost in shock, I was actually allowed to marry him! I jumped into Jojens arms showering him with little kisses.
"Arlight, alright at least leave it until after the wedding!" His father chuckled.
"I think it's a bit late for that" Jojen mumbled in my ear.
