Today, I skipped my normal gardening routine to catch up on other things I wanted to do instead. Mainly because I'd already planted several new flower seeds in my flowerbed a few days ago, and the flowers needed time to grow. As I peered my gaze over at my car, I realized then that it was time to give it a bath. Chase was gone to work and Sarah took the bus to school this morning so she could see her new friend. It was seven-thirty am, and I didn't have a client coming into the studio until lunch, so I ran upstairs to pull on my bikini.

The sky was crystal clear, and the air carried a light breeze with a fresh smell in the atmosphere. Shortly after I get started with organizing the inside of my car, I was shocked to see how many pens and notepads I had lying around. I was so unorganized and didn't realize how often I used my notepapers to schedule photography sessions. Seeing my portfolio in the back seat caused me to cringe. I had an important session with a well-know actress from New Orleans that was set up, and I'd be so embarrassed if she or any famous person saw the inside of my car. After setting all my stuff in place and getting it ready to vacuum, I lined up my soap buckets and a hose from the side of my house.

Next, I stepped away from my car and began spraying water across the front and over the top part, making sure I hit my moon roof really well. It was a tiny window I could open and close, but I rarely did any of that, because I like to have my windows up at all times with the air conditioner blasting. Even when it was sixty degrees outside. I loved cool weather.

For the fifteen or so minutes that I was still working on my car, I seemed to have made myself soak more with soap than the roof. I'm doing this all wrong, I thought to myself. Each time I switched sides to pour water and soap onto the roof, it just didn't work. I still ended up getting soap in my hair and all over my body. Good thing I had a swimsuit on. I lived out in the country and could easily come out here either A.) Nude, or B.) With undergarments. But I chose option C-a two-piece swimsuit.

Frustrated and cursing, I picked up my sponge and pulled out pieces of dirt and gravel that settled inside it. Then I got even more irritated that I almost tossed it to another part of my yard, but I didn't need to do that because I needed this sponge. It was my only one.

"You look as if you had a bath more than your car."

I jumped and turned around, startled to see Amir standing a foot away from me with his black skinny swim shorts on, bare chested, and his hands on his hips. His piercing eyes sparkled in the sunlight and his abs glisten down his frame like he just rubbed some oil on his chest. He had very little chest hair and a nice perky behind. Turn away, Luna. Turn away.

But I couldn't turn away when he was standing right in front of me, staring hard into my eyes.

Damn. Damn. Sweet Jesus, was he good looking. Woah... mama. Calm down. Wow. His sudden appearance caused my insides to fire like a 4th of July rocket went off inside my torso, and my womanhood was sizzling again like it did the moment I accidently kissed him. How could someone this good-looking, friendly, and charming stay single for as long as he has? Yeah, he is arranged to be married one day, but hot damn, I know what I would do if I were single and in his hometown. I was trying so hard not to drool and snapped my ass out of his hypnotic trance. But the trance won a little while longer.
