After morning pills

Just like every best friends share everything, i told Mira. She walked into my room with a brown paper and a glass of water.
"Hey, i came as soon as i got your text. Here"
She hands me the glass and pulled out a pill from the brown paper. She popped it out of the capsule and placed it on my palm.
I scrunch my face up since i hate pills and asked. "What's this?"
"After morning pills"
After morning pills, this can reduce my chances of getting pregnant. Ignoring my hate for pills, i put it in my mouth and swallow after taking water. I hope this works. I look at Mira and burst into tears again, she hugged me and we stayed like that for some time.
"I don't want to get pregnant Mira"
She was about to answer when the sound of glass shattering interrupted her.
That came from downstairs, what's happening?

What if she's pregnant, poor Bella.
She's not ready to have a child yet and worst with myles.
