55. a. Baby's First Birthday

His POV

It's Isaac's first birthday today and we are celebrating with our families in the US we are still there. We especially cane to celebrate Isaac's birthday with our families. My parents are throwing a little party for Isaac at their place. Y/ N's family are there too of course. They are over now and having a great time for Isaac. My parents have decorated the house with lots of blue things and things that Isaac likes. I holding Isaac and taking him around. "My handsome birthday boy" Y/ N said. "I know. It's your big day. Isn't it, Isaac" I reply. "Let me have a dance with my boy" she said grabbing Isaac from me. "Mama can't believe you are a year old, Isaac Henry Chwe" Y/ N said. "Dada, can't believe you are a year old too" I say. Isaac carries on enjoying his birthday and he opens his presents from everyone too. "Does Isaac want some cake to eat?" my mom said. "Yes I think he'd like to try some. It will be his first time" I reply. Mom brings in the cake her and Sofia made and everybody sings happy birthday to Isaac and then he tries his first ever bit of cake. I spoon some into his mouth and he likes it straight away as his face lights up straight away. "He likes it. Don't you, Isaac?" Y/ N said. "You do. You can have more" I say. Isaac has more cake and loves it.he couldn't get enough of it. His new favourite thing. Our boys first birthday party was amazing. Our little boy is a year old and we cannot believe it

Today is the day of Olivia's first birthday party. The day Joshua and I have both been waiting for. Our little angel is a year old. We are holding a party at our place. Unfortunately it's winter so too cold to hold an outdoor party so we have to do it inside. Not the end of the world. Just as long as Olivia has a great time. That's all that matters. Our families and closet friends are here. Mine and Joshua's families have come over from the US to celebrate Olivia's birthday with us. It's so special that they could be here for her special birthday. We didn't think they would be able to make it but they did. We spent the night decorating the house for her birthday. It's looks great. All pink. My brother has a son Peter who is a year older than Olivia and they are playing together now. They get on really well. Awwww. So cute to see that.  "Two little cuties together" Joshua said. "I know. They are adorable" I reply. It's so cute seeing Olivia and Peter play together. The party consisted of us talking about Olivia to everyone and admiring how cute she is. We could just talk about our little angel all day long. "Okay this is the big moment. Singing happy birthday to Olivia" I say. "Yes it is. We'll bring in the cake" Joshua said. He and my brother get the cake from the kitchen. "First we would like to thank you all for coming to Olivia's first birthday" I say. "Yes it's been a year since Olivia Rae Hong came into the world. Our lovely little girl here" Joshua said kissing Olivia. I cut into the cake and start offering it around to people. They tuck in and it was delicious. Olivia's first birthday party was amazing. Our families came all the way from the US to celebrate with us. Olivia loved her special day so much

Our parents are over at our place for Seoyeon's first birthday today. We are having a small little party for her today and a bigger one at the weekend for extended family, friends and the boys. Seoyeon is being spoilt on her special day and I'm not surprised why. She's such a special little girl anyway. We love her so much. Seoyeon us sat on Jihoon's lap as she opens presents from her grandparents. She is opening something from my parents. "Awwww it's a cute little teddy" Jihoon said. "So cute. Thanks, mom and dad" I reply. "There is more to come. We couldn't just give her one thing" my mom said. She opens something else from my parents and it was something we've never come across before. TOMY toomies hide and squeak eggs. "These look cool" Jihoon said. "Yes they do" I reply. Our parents each got Seoyeon a big gift. First up was Jihoon's parents. They bring a very large box in from the car. "What's this,  Seoyeon? Should we see" Jihoon said. They go over to the box and started opening it. "Ohhhh wow! It's a princess castle for our little princess" he said. "Wow! Seoyeon, haven't you been spoilt today" I say. "Mom and dad this is amazing" Jihoon said. Seoyeon is going to have so much fun in her princess castle. Next was the big gift from my parents. They bring in a big box again but it was smaller than Jihoon's parents gift. I opened it with Seoyeon this time. Since it was from my parents. "Let's see what you got this time?" I say. I rip off the paper and it was a nice pink tricycle. "A tricycle. Wow! Amazing" I say. "Seoyeon has her very own little tricycle now. We were kinda thinking about getting her one" Jihoon said. We built the princess castle and Seoyeon wanted to try out her tricycle too. That's what we spent the rest of the day doing. Our baby girls first birthday was amazing
