17. a. Baby Shopping

Today Vernon and I are going baby shopping to the mall to start getting things for our baby boy. We can't wait to start shopping for our son who will be here in the next few months and we cannot wait. We are in the car and on our way to the mall now. We are getting the smaller things today like clothes, bottles, pacifiers etc. "Can't wait to start shopping for our boy, babe" Vernon said. "I know me too. We are almost there" I reply. We pull up outside the mall and go straight to the main baby store. It's like Carter's back home in the US. We start looking around at the baby boy things. Vernon holds up a cute stuffed elephant. "This is cute. We should get this for him" he said. "Yes we should. So cute" I reply. We look at clothes and find some cute little outfits we like. We pay for the things there then move onto the next place which is another baby and children's store of course. "More cute clothes" I say. "Oh yes. I quite like dungaree outfits" Vernon says. "Me too. I like this one with the black and yellow shirt. Kinda looks like a bumblebee" I say. "Yeah it's cute" he said. We buy a few more things in that store and then go around the mall to see if there's anything else. After sometime we were done and we enjoyed shopping for our baby boy today

Joshua 💜

Joshua and I are going to Walmart and Target today to get some things for our baby girl. The other day we went to Carter's and bought a few cute and pretty outfits but we want to buy some more things today. The big things we will buy in Korea as we are going back there soon and the baby will be born there. We just want to get some clothes and small stuff while we are in California. We arrive at Walmart first and park up and walk into the baby section. "So what should for?" Joshua asks. "Anything" I smile. "The big things we are waiting for till we get to Korea" he says. We start browsing around the baby girl things in Walmart. I pick up a pack of plain pink and white onesies that we will probably need. "I wanna get some pretty little dressed for her. You know since she's going to be a daddy's girl" he said. "Of course you can" I smile. Joshua looks at dresses and he picks up a couple for our baby girl. I loved them too. The dresses are so cute and pretty. We carry on looking and find some other things we like too and put them in the cart for our baby girl. We pay for them and then go to Target which is a few blocks away. We get there and walk in and head straight to the baby section. We don't really need much now but we were just looking around. Joshua and had so much fun shopping for our baby girl today. We will hopefully get everything back to Korea when we go back in the next few weeks

I am meeting Jihoon at the mall this evening and we are going to do some shopping for our pocket rocket baby girl and we can't wait. We are going to get some nice things for her this evening. I am at the mall now waiting for him. He's running a little late but it's okay. 20 minutes later, Jihoon runs through the doors of the mall and sees me. "I'm here, baby" he said. "Hey, Hoonie. I'm glad you made it" I say. "Yes I would not miss shopping for our baby girl for the world" he smiles. "I would not do it without you" I say. Jihoon gives me a kiss before we go and shop. We go to the first baby store first and we look around for things. Jihoon sees thugs he likes for our baby girl straight away. "See anything you like, babe?" he asks. "Yes a few things" I reply. "Well throw them in them" Jihoon said. "Jihoon, we can't but everything we see" I reply. "I know but we have lots of money, sweetheart and this is our first child" he said. I add a few things too. Then we move onto another shop. "We should check out cribs and strollers" Jihoon suggests. "Yeah sure but we probably won't buy anything today" I say. "I know but we can just look" he said. We look at strollers and cribs in the next store. We saw a pink crib and stroller we liked straight away. They are almost matching. We asked the store assistant if they could reserve them for us to pick up in the next few weeks. We are going to do that. We looked somewhere else and got a few more things too. Our baby girl will be getting a few more things between now and her arriving
