53. a. Baby's First Word

We are in the US for a few weeks to see our family. It's the first time we've been back there since Isaac was born so well over a year ago as he's about to turn a year old next week. We are out there for his birthday and we can't wait. Can't believe our little man is almost a year old. Tonight we are out for dinner with Vernon's family. His parents and his sister at one of their favourite restaurants. Isaac is with us of course. He's the life and soul of the party is our little boy. Isaac is sat on Vernon's lap as we are deciding what to order. "What do you want to eat little man?" Vernon said. "I think he'll be happy with whatever we are having" I reply. "Yep" he replies. So we order what we want and wait for it to me. "I can't believe this little boy is almost a year old" Simon said. "I know. He's growing up too fast" Melody said. "So happy we get to celebrate Isaac's birthday together" Sofia said. "Us too" I reply. Soon our meal comes. Vernon ordered a burger and fries and I ordered chicken. Isaac will have a little bit of our food. He especially loves fries. He sits in a high chair and picks at the food. He puts little bits in his mouth and eats it. "Is that nice, Isaac?" Melody says. "I think it is" Vernon said. "Fry" Isaac yell. "Wait did he just say fry" Sofia said. "Sounds like it" I say. "Was that you're first word, Isaac?" Vernon said. Isaac smiles and laughs at us. Awww he just said his first word and funnily enough it was fry. That's our boy. We had a great meal with Vernon's family tonight back home in the US

His POV

Olivia is now a year old. Our baby girl is a year old. We are going to celebrate her birthday next week in Seoul with a big party for her. Cannot wait to celebrate our princess's first birthday. Little Olivia brings so much joy to both mine and Y/ N's lives. We are picking Olivia up from nursery now. She goes to nursery when Y/ N and I are at work. It's a good nursery and the staff and other parents are really nice. Can't wait to pick her up and spend the evening with her. "I can't wait to see my little princess" I said. "Me too. We are almost there" Y/ N said. A few minutes we arrive at Olivia's nursery. We both get out of the car and walk in to go and get her. We walk in and Olivia is all really to go. "Hey, baby girl. Mommy and daddy are here" I say. The lady hands us Olivia's things and we leave a few minutes later. I carry her out. "Was nursery fun today? Eh" I say. Y/ N smiles. I get Olivia in the car. She points at me and says "Dada". "Honey, she just said dada" I say. "Ohhhh she did. Awe, Olivia" Y/ N said. "Dada is so proud of you, my love" I said kissing her. She smiles and says it again. So we got Olivia home after spending the day at nursery. She said her first word too. Such proud parents are Y/ N and I. Her next word might be mama. Y/ N hopes so

Jihoon ❤️

Jihoon loves spending time with Seoyeon in his home studio. It's his favourite place to go and spending time when he's home. I think it's Seoyeon's favourite place too now. She's just like her daddy. Jihoon and Seoyeon are in the studio now. I think he's showing her some new music as I can hear something playing in the background. I go down to the basement where the studio is. "Hey, guys. What are you up to?" I say. "Just playing our daughter some music" Jihoon replies. "Very good" I say sitting down. "You know she's really got the music bug, Y/ N" he said. "Yes I know. You love music. Don't you, Seoyeon" I reply. "Ohhh she loves it so much" Jihoon smiles. I spend sometime in the studio with Jihoon and Seoyeon. He plays me some of the music he's been working on. "Sounding great, love. I'm so proud of you" I say. "Thank you, sweetkins" Jihoon said. Seoyeon loves touching all the equipment in the studio. Sometimes Jihoon has to stop her. "You might pull that out, baby girl" he said as she was touching a pair of headphones. "Appa" Seoyeon said. "Was that Appa?" he said. "Yes she just said Appa, Jihoonie" I said. "You did, baby girl. Appa is so proud of you" he said kissing her. Seoyeon smiles. OMG she said her first word and it was Appa. I knew it would be. Awwwww. She's definitely an Appa girl

Seungkwan 💖

Beomseok loves watching stuff on TV with us. He especially likes cute animal programs. His favourite animals are sheep. Lambs he loves. Awwww bless him. Our little boy is growing up so much. We love him so much too. Our boy. He's almost a year old. Seungkwan is sat on the couch with Beomseok on his lap and they are watching something on TV. "Hey, my favourite boys in the world" I say. "Hey, my beautiful wife" he smiles. "Are you enjoying watching your show, Beomseokie?" I say. He smiles at me. "He is, Y/ N. He's an animals boy" Seungkwan said. "I know he is" I reply. I sit and watch with them. Beomseok is such a bubbly and fun loving little boy. He lights up when the lambs come on. "It's your favourite animal, Beomseok" Seungkwan said. "Lambs. Baaaaa" I say. Beomseok looks at me and says "Baaaaa". "You just said Baaaaa, son. His first word, Y/ N. Appa is so proud of you, Beomseok" he said. "Such a clever little boy. How about we take you to meet some lambs for your birthday" I say. "I'm sure he'd love that" Seungkwan smiles. We carry on watching the show. Beomseok's first word was Baaaaa. Awww bless him. So cute

Jeonghan 🧡

His POV

The twins are now a year old and they are doing amazing. We can't believe Haneul and Jihae are one years old. Our baby boy and girl. Haneul said his first word the other day which was dada of course. Jihae is yet to say her first word yet but we think it might be mama. Y/ N would be glad if it was. We are getting ready to go out for the day. We are just going to the mall to do some shopping and have lunch there. Can't wait for our family day out. The twins are all ready to go and me and Y/ N are getting ready. "The twins look cute in their outfits today" I say. "Yes, Hannie. They always look cute. Don't they" Y/ N said. "We've got the cutest little babies ever" I say. "Yes we have" she smiles. When we were ready we get Haneul and Jihae in the car. "Okay ready time go to the mall, kids" I say. "They are" Y/ N replies. We get them in the car and set off to the mall for some shopping fun. When we are on our way we hear Jihae say "Mama, mama". "Jihae just said mama" I say. "She did. You just said mama, baby girl" Y/ N said. She smiled and says it again. "Dada" Haneul said. "So proud of you both" I smile. Soon we arrive at the mall and have a great day shopping and having dinner

Wonwoo 🤎

Jinseo and Jaewook are one years old now. Me and Wonwoo can't believe where the last year has gone. It's been an incredible year with our two adorable boys in our lives. We wouldn't want it any different. Our boys are a year old now. Both of them are almost walking and saying their first word. Awwww bless them. Can't wait till they take their first steps. All the Seventeen boys love them so much. They are the fourteenth and fifteenth members of the band. The boys love playing at home with me and Wonwoo. We love watching our boys play and have fun. They love having so much fun. It's all they do. Just play. Jinseo is playing with building blocks and Jaewook is playing with a truck. They do like playing together though. "Jinseo, are you going to share your blocks with your brother" Wonwoo said. Jinseo looks at him and laughs. A few minutes later, he blurts out "No". "No. You're not gonna share with your brother. Jaewook will be sad" I say. "Your brother is your best friend. Eh" Wonwoo said. A few minutes later Jinseo gets up and hands a block to Wonwoo. "Thanks, buddy but you should be giving that to your brother" Wonwoo said. "He's just being sweet, Wonwoo" I reply. "I know, baby" he replies. "Daddy" Jaewook says to Wonwoo. "You just said, daddy. Little man" he said. "He is and Jinseo said No" I say. "Haha our clever boys" he said. The boys carry on having fun playing with their toys. They just said their first words

Seokmin 💚

Mihee is almost a year old now. In a couple of weeks it's her birthday and we can't wait to celebrate her turning a year old. I still breastfeed her and will for a few more months. I think breastfeeding is beneficial for both me and Mihee. She eats soils food too but I do breastfeed her. Seokmin thinks it's good too for both of us. I am sat on the couch feeding Mihee now. She still enjoys breastfeeding. Seokmin sits next to us on the couch. "How's it going?" he asks. "Good. She'll be done soon. She never feeds for that long now" I reply. "My baby girl enjoying her mommas milk" Seokmin said. I smile. A few minutes later Mihee was finished feeding. She enjoys her milk. She sits on Seokmin's lap and says "Mama". "I'm dada not mama, little girl" Seokmin said. "I think she means me, Seokmin" I reply. "I thought your first word would be dada, Mihee" he said looking disappointed. "Don't worry I'm sure she'll say dada soon" I say. "I know" he smiles. Mihee says mama again. Awwww bless her. I reassured Seokmin that she'll say dada soon

A/ N: hope you liked that one. Only two more parts after this (well actually five). Sorry if Seokmin's was a bit weird. Wanted to do something a little different
