10. a. Telling The Boys

I have reached 12 weeks in my pregnancy now so it's the right time to tell the boys that we are having a baby. Me and Vernon are over at the boys place today hanging out and having some fun with them. We are waiting for the right time to tell them. Whenever we can get a word in that is. Vernon and I are sat close together waiting to break the news to the guys. We think they will probably be shocked to learn that we are having a baby but we hope they will be happy for us. "Guys, you know when we were doing insomnia for Going Seventeen" Chan said. "Yeah I know that was so funny. I'm surprised Jihoon was the last standing" Seokmin said. "Why?" Jihoon said. We let the boys finish their conversation before we tell them. "Guys. Me and Y/ N have something we'd like to tell you" Vernon said. "Okay let it out" Wonwoo said. "Y/ N is pregnant. We are having a baby together" he said. "What? Seriously" Seungkwan said. "Yes I really am pregnant. We had my first scan the other day" I reply. "Wow! I'm not going to lie. I'm shocked but I'll be happy for you" Mingyu said. "Nah that's crazy. You two are going to be parents" Seungcheol said. "Baby Hansol is having a baby" Jun said squeezing Vernon's cheeks. "We knee it would be a shock to you guys but me and Y/ N are happy and we are ready to be parents" Vernon said. "Yes we are" I smile. "Don't worry you'll be good parents" Jihoon said. "Thanks" we said. So we told the boys our baby news and they were shocked at first but I think they will be happy for us

His POV

Me and Y/ N went back to our home in California a few days ago as I have some time off band activities. We love our home in California. It's pretty near the beach so we can go there anytime we like. It's a beautiful place just like Seoul. Before we left, we didn't have chance to tell the boys our baby news. They are always asking us when are we going to have a baby. We are going to tell them today via FaceTime. Well probably only some of the guys. I FaceTime Jeonghan first as he's the top of my list. Y/ N is with me. "Can't wait to tell them" she said. "Me too" I smile. Jeonghan answers a minute later. "Hey, man. How are things going?" he said. "Hey, Jeonghan. Things are going good" I reply. "We are missing you" he said. "Well we're missing you too. Han, are the guys around?" I ask. "Some of them are" he replies. He called Seungcheol, Jun, Soonyoung and Seokmin in. "Hey, Shua. What's up?" Seokmin said. "Hey, boys" I say. "Hey" Y/ N said. "Now, guys. There is something important we didn't well you before we left Korea" I say. "As long as it's not you're leaving the group" Soonyoung said. "It's not. It's something amazing. Y/ N you can tell them" I say. "Okay. I'm pregnant. We are having our first child" she said. "OMG congratulations. That's amazing. I'm so happy for you, guys" Jun said. "That's brilliant. A Seventeen baby on the way" Seungcheol said. "Wait till the other guys hear" Seokmin said. "Should we call them in" Jeonghan said. They managed to get most of the other guys in and we told them and they were so so happy for us. They cannot wait to be uncles in the next few months

Me and Jihoon are having the boys over at our place today and we are going to tell that we are expecting a baby. Our apartment is kinda small. We've never had all 12 boys over at the same time so it will be a tight squeeze but we wanted to tell them all in person. They will just have to squish up. They will be coming anytime now and we can't wait to see them. We've made sure there is enough food and drinks in the house as the boys like to eat a lot. "They're pulling up now" Jihoon said. "Great" I smile. A few minutes later there was a knock on the door and Jihoon answers. "Hey, brothers" he said. "Hi, Jihoon. The man" Wonwoo said. "Hey, you" Mingyu said picking him up. The tallest and shortest members of Seventeen. "What's up?" Seungkwan said. The boys come in and find somewhere to sit. "Sorry there might not be enough room for you all" I say. "It's alright, Y/ N. Nice of you to have us over" Joshua said. "Yeah you never have us over. Why now?" Minghao questions. The boys had to squish up. We talk for about an hour or so before telling them. "Hey. Listen up, guys. Me and Y/ N have something we want to tell you" Jihoon said. "Yes we do" I say looking at him. "We are having a little pocket rocket baby" he said. "You're having a baby" Chan asks. "Yes that's what I said" Jihoon said. "Yay! You're having a baby. Awww that's so cute" Seokmin said. "Will the little one be aw short as their father?" Jun said. The boys are always picking on Jihoon because of his height. "That's amazing, buys" Seungcheol said. "Y/ N, you're so pretty I don't know why you fell for someone as short and weird as Jihoon" Vernon said. "Aye. Stop hitting on my wife. She's mine okay" Jihoon yells. I laugh. So it was great having the boys over today and we told them our baby news. They are very very happy for us. We cannot wait to be parents
