Hindi ko maipaliwanag pero iba ang halik niya kay Kane. Kane already kissed my neck but I felt nothing. Why? Darko is always kissing my lips and I'm always nervous. I will never get used to his kisses.
I told the make up artist to just lighten the make up. I don't like it heavy. I'm not used to make ups and all the other cosmetics.
Inaayusan ako hanggang maghapon na at marami na ang bisita sa baba. I don't really like parties but I need to deal with it. Imbes na magbasa na lang ako ngayong gabi ay magpaparty pa. Mas masisiyahan ako kung libro ang regalo nila sa akin.
"Smile!" Nora said then clicked her camera.
"Selfie tayo guys!" Sigaw niya at nagselfie naman kaming lahat doon.
Tuwang tuwa pa ako dahil hindi pa ako nakapag wacky. Tinuruan niya ako na magpout at ilabas ang dila. I always smile for the camera and I have to be formal, that's what mom said.
Fish lips is hard, my lips are thick.
Nagaayos pa lang ay nakaramdam na ako ng pagod. Ang tagal kong nakaupo lang at nastress pa ako pagdidilat dahil sa dami ng kalat sa guest room na ito.
Mabuti na lang at hindi kami sa kwarto ko dahil baka nagligpit na lang ako kesa sa magpamake up.
Pinasuot na sa akin ang royal blue na off shoulder balloon gown. I look like an elite with this long gown. Pinababa na rin sila Nora at hinintay ako ni Darko dahil siya ang partner ko.
"You look dazzling." He whispered while we're walking down the stairs.
"You look handsome and rough." I replied nervously.
"Rough?" He said then laughed a bit.
"Yeah, but it's not bad. I want you rough." I said while gripping his shoulder in nervousness.
Natahimik naman siya sa sinabi ko at hindi na sumagot. Lalo akong kinabahan.
"Don't be nervous, Heaven." He whispered then all the people were watching while I'm taking every step slowly.
My dad is my first dance and the whole thing went so fast but it felt like it stopped when Darko came to me and took my hand from Kane.
"You look tired." He said then put his hands on the back of my waist.
Napasandal na lang ako sa kaniya dahil totoong pagod na ako.
"Halata ba?" I asked then showed him my face.
"You still look beautiful." He replied.
"What's with you? Don't compliment me too much just because it's my birthday." I said then laughed weakly.
Matapos iyon ay marami pang ginawa. I had to change clothes and talk to other businessmen and women. I am so tired when people are starting to go home.
Thank god, I can finally rest. Hindi man lang ako nakaupo at nakakain ng maayos. The glass wine on my hand never left me.
Umupo ako sa table kung nasaan sila Nora at halos isubsob ko na ang mukha ko sa lamesa pero hindi tama iyon. I saw Vanesia stood up and went somewhere.
I looked at Darko at saw him looking at Vanesia too.
"Talk to her." I whispered and he just nod. I'm too tired and I don't think I can still be of use to him.
We need to go back tomorrow and I don't think, tonight's sleep will be enough.
And I was right. I woke up early because I didn't had the time last night to pack my things. My strength is drained from all the chatter with different people that I don't know who. I'm so used to this but last night was the worse.
