Niall i watch Aria and Jade as they open Arias presents together Charlie in the middle of all the wrapping paper Christmas music playing from the speaker. i'm really really happy but i'm really really anxious too after what my mum told me. Jade stands Aria up on her feet helping her find her balance i slide off the couch crouching and putting my arms out she looks at Jade for a second and then looks at me a huge smile on her face "come on baby" i smile she squeals and slowly puts one foot forward Jade slowly letting go of her she takes another step forward then finding her confidence and waddling right over to me "that's my girl" i exclaim picking her up and swinging her round making her squeal i laugh a little Jade coming and joining us hugging her tightly ———————- "Ni it's time" Jade whispers to me nudging me slightly i sigh a little grabbing her hand. It's been the best Christmas i could have asked for, Aria has done nothing but laugh and squeal all day showing off her walk to everyone, the food Perrie made was amazing, all any of us have done really is laugh and joke even Leigh and Harry seem to be getting along. i lead Jade out of the house and down the drive way both of us putting our hoods up and walking down the street getting back to our house, Jade wraps her arms around mine holding onto me tightly. "Niall" Greg smiles as he gets to the gate looking up at the house and then back at us, he looks awful, he looks incredibly skinny and pale his hair looks like it hasn't been brushed in weeks either "Greg" i try to force a smile but i can't help but not trust him he tilts his head putting his hand out i sigh going into my pocket and handing him the cash that i promised, Greg lost his family and turned to addictions now he has nothing and i wouldn't feel right leaving him that way, he grabs it instantly shoving it into his pockets "thanks" he slightly smiles but i can't help but feel tense "so where are you going to go" Jade asks him her grip on my arm getting tighter and tighter, Greg shrugs looking at the house "could we go in?" he mutters Jade looks up at me with panic on her face i just take a deep breath opening the gates he walks in instantly, quickly walking up the drive way and to the door "is this a good idea?" Jade asks i just shrug as we meet up with him i unlock the door watching him instantly go in Charlie jumping all over him to welcome him. he walks into the living room his face looking in general amazement as he looks around "do you want anything?" i ask him as he walks out he shakes his head going up the stairs i look at Jade who's just chewing her lip looking terribly anxious i follow him upstairs he goes right to the end of the corridor going to the room we did label the music room, however it's currently two giant shelves with all of mine and Jades awards on, with a couple of guitars in one corner, we do plan on getting a piano in here at some point but we just haven't had the time. "wow its fair to say you've been the more successful one" Greg mutters looking through every one of my awards i just stand at the door unsure of what to even say "god i wish i had even half of your talent" he says turning around to face me i just smile looking down at the ground "i'm proud of you you know, as much as i say you've changed it's only jealousy" he mutters i just smile walking over to him putting my arms out making him smile and hug me back "you'll have better days you know" i tell him he just nods sniffling a little —————————- Jade we got back to Perries a couple of hours ago and since we've all just been sat in the living room all chatting away about various types of things, it's truly been the best christmas yet, it's been so magical playing with Aria in the snow and doing all sorts of christmas traditions i've loved every part of it. i look over at Niall while he chats away to Louis, Aria peacefully asleep on his chest melting my heart from the cuteness. "hey guys it's midnight" Perrie exclaims stopping everyone chatting everyone's heads turning to me "happy birthday baby" Perrie runs over to me sitting on my lap and wrapping her arms around me making me laugh everyone jumping up and joining in a group hug i watch Niall as he waits for everyone to let go before he jumps up holding Aria tightly in his arms he comes and sits next to me resting his head on my shoulder "happy birthday bub" he whispers i wrap my arms around both of them with the biggest smile on my face "i love you" he whispers "i love you more" i whisper back pecking his lips niallhoran
