Peter got changed quickly before anyone else got into the changing rooms.
He didn't want anyone seeing the scars that littered his skin.

Flash noticed that Peter always got changed first, or somewhere else for PE and thought that it would be funny to pull Peter's shirt off and expose him to everyone.
He crept up behind Peter who was talking to Ned and yanked his shirt off.
"What the-?"
Flash said, looking at Peter's body.
Peter froze.
Peter Parker, the school nerd, had muscles and a six pack. And scars all over his torso.
"What the hell Parker?"
Someone said.
Peter moved his arms to cover himself up but that only made him flex his muscles.
Ned quickly took of his jumper and gave it to Peter who put it on.
"Why the fuck do you have so many scars Parker?"
Flash asked.
"I don't wanna say."
Peter mumbled.
"You can go and get changed Parker."
The coach finally said.
Peter had a thankful look on his face as he practically sprinted to the men's changing room.
Everyone looked shocked.
"Don't tell anyone about it."
Ned said.
"Why?"
Someone asked.
"Because Peter is clearly uncomfortable with you lot knowing about his scars."
MJ said, looking towards the class as if they were all stupid.
"Oh."
The person said.
