Chapter 52

"Thank you Tita for accommodating me. I had a great time here." Paalam ko kay Tita.

I'm bidding my farewell to them dahil tapos na ang proyekto at tapos na rin ang pamamalagi ko sa mansyon ng mga Aragon. She walked towards me and smiled as she hugged me.

"You're always welcome here Iha. Just tell Drey-- ah Drake if you want to visit here." She held my hand. Ngumiti din sa akin si Don Antonio.

"I'm only one call away." Pakantang sabi ni Drake saka kinurot ang pisngi ko. I laughed at him. My eyes drifted to Aragon behind us pero iniwas ko agad ang tingin.

Meanwhile dumating na ang sundo ko and from the car ay lumabas si Lolo na nakangiti kaya sinalubong siya ng mag asawa. Lumapit din kami and kissed my Lolo for a greeting.

"Looking good Don Antonio." Lolo chuckled. Di ko talaga maitatanggi na nakakatakot ang awra niya. He looks lethal.

"You never change Don Primo." Don Antonio chuckled as they tap each other's shoulder. Nag usap sila kaya binaling ko ang atensyon kay Drake.

"Susundin ko lang ang aking unica iha. The collaboration went well I must say." Ika ni Lolo.

"I couldn't agree more. Those two has good business chemistry. I mean Seffiracand Dreyfus." Don Antonio replied.

"They're on the right age, don't you think Don Primo? Our youngest here is very single." The Donya voice out referring to Drake kaya napatingin kami sa kanila.

"They're quite close and they look good together." Don Antonio added habang nakatingin sa amin. My brows creased. Nagkatinginan kami ni Drake.

"Not bad. I'm planning to find a guy for my granddaughter to settle down. Tumatanda na din tayo." Lolo laughed.

Tumikhim si Drake saka may nanunuksong ngiting bumaling siya sa akin saka hinawakan ang aking pisngi. I smiled back at him.

"Drake." Tawag ni Aragon sa kapatid pero di niya ito pinansin.

Inangkla ni Drake ang kanyang braso sa aking balikat.

"Let's marry then." He managed to smile.

The elders laughed at us.

"But actually I let Seffira decide on that. She's big I'm sure she knows what's best for her." Lolo smiled at me. I stuck my tongue out to Drake at nagtawanan kaming dalawa.

They talked a little saka nagpaalam na. Bago kami umalis ay napansin ko ang madilim na tingin sa akin ni Aragon.

"The Mondejars are very angry Iha. Wala nang natirang project sa kanila, lahat umatras. What I'm worried about is what if they backfire?" Lolo said habang nag byabyahe kami.

"Relax Lolo. I'm prepared for this." I calmed him down.

"May isang project na paparating. It's a big one, just enough para mapabalik sila sa pwesto."

"What company Lolo? Are we invited?" I asked. Di ko hahayaang makakabangon ulit sila.

"That's the problem. Don Roman used his last card. He blocked every intel and infos about this project para di tayo makasama. Nice move." Worried na sabi ni Lolo. I gritted my teeth.
