Chapter 51

Kinagabihan ay para akong tanga na di mapakali dahil sa padalos dalos ko kanina. What did I do earlier? Nahahalata kaya niya? Halos sumigaw ako sa inis. Focus Seffira. Focus!

The next day, I woke with my head slightly in pain. I'm sneezing as I feel like my eyes are emitting heat. My body is feeling tired and I just want to sleep but I have work kaya tinatamad man ay pinagpatuloy ko ang aking daily routine.

"I came here to apologize for my daughter's behavior. I found out about what happened. My daughter is kinda brat and I'm sincerely apologizing for that." He stated na kinaangat ng kilay ko.

"Really? I appreciate it Don Roman. I never thought you're really kind." Sweet kong sabi with a hint of sarcasm making his smile vanish on his lips.

"Why? Am I not kind?" He asked. I chuckled.

"Well based on what I heard, you are cruel and tyrant. Please don't be offended with my words." I heard him laugh.

"It's fine Iha. That's actually true." His face turned serious. The face he's known for. This is the real him and I am still the Seff I was before siguro ay manginginig na ako sa takot but now, I can look at his dace without faltering.

"You should be afraid Iha. I can do everything." He looked at me with a threatening look.

"Why Don Roman? Why should I be afraid of you?"

"I can tolerate what you did to Aniqah but I sensed that there's something going on here. I don't know who you are or what your plan is pero sigurado akong hindi iyon makabubuti sa kompanya ko. I chuckled kaya naman nanlisik ang mata nitong tumingin sa akin.

"Hindi kita maintindihan Don Roman. Gaya rin nga ng sinabi mo, hindi ko ako kilala. Let's see." I smirked habang pinagtiklop ko ang aking kamay. I can see his chest pounding with anger.
