Hi guys! Thank you so much for all the support. If you see this please follow me and vote! This will also be my only update today because I need to catch myself up with some things. Thank you, enjoy!

It was Halloween now. Sophie was so excited for the day ahead. The gang would get together to go to a haunted house and then there would be a Halloween party afterwards at the Vackers house.

When Sophie made it to Foxfire, she was impressed. The school was decorated well with fake cobwebs on the bricks and gravestones in the grass. There were "blood" stains on the pavement and students volunteers dressed up as mummies and zombies.

Sophie made her way inside, eager to see her friends. The lights were dimmed, so it was darker. Sophie watched a happy couple kiss in the dark halls. If only she had someone—

Sophie! What are you thinking? You don't want a boy in your life!

Right. Of course.

Sophie made her way to her locker to get her things.

"Boo!" A voice said behind Sophie, startling her. "Got you!"

Sophie turned to see her best friend Biana there.

"Ha ha very funny," Sophie said, rolling her eyes.

Biana just smiled. "You're coming to the party later right?"

"Yep! And we are also going to that haunted house before the party," Sophie reminded Biana.

"Right, of course! Um...Sophie...do you by any chance know if um...Keefe's coming?" Biana asked nervously.

"Of course he will! He wouldn't miss it for the world! Why?"

"Nothing...just want to make sure he comes."

"Biana, is something going on?" Sophie asked, concerned.

"No!" Biana said a bit too quickly.

"Biana, I'm your best friend, you can tell me anything."

Biana sighed. "Okay, well I kind of have a crush on...um Keefe."

Sophie gasped and covered her mouth. "You—wait what—when?" Sophie managed to choke out.

This was very unexpected. Well, it did explain how Biana was always eyeing Sophie when Keefe was teasing her.

Biana blushed. "Um yeah, I've known him since I was little and I don't really know when I started liking him, but I know I do and I want to um...tell him."

"Today?" Sophie asked, shocked.

"Yes...I want to tell him as soon as possible because I don't want to lose my chance with him."

"Of course you have a chance! I can't see why he wouldn't like you back."

Biana let go a breath she looked like she was holding. "Well, I guess we will find out tonight!"

Sophie smiled. She was happy that Biana was taking the leap. Surely Keefe likes her back, right? Why wouldn't he? She's perfect.

It's not like he could like Sophie...

Sophie looked down to see her fists clenched and felt a bit jealous.

Strange.

"Hello? Have you been listening?" Biana asked, waving a hand in front of Sophie's face.

"What—um sorry. What did you say?"

Biana sighed. "I said, is there anyone you find special?" Biana asked, wiggling her eyebrows.
