With the arrival of Sanada the twins became on edge. Hikaru noticed that Yakushi gained more confidence….It was at that moment Seido felt dread in their guts.
“Sanada-Senpai send them all my way! I’ll stop them all for sure!”Raichi shouting punching his glove
“I’m too scared to send them your way. You might make errors.”Sanada replied
“wha?”Raichi asked
“No, Seriously.”Sanada replied
Hikaru laughed nervously,
“Is it just me or did Raichi remind you guys of Brother and Sanada of Kazuya?”Hikaru asked
“I’m glad I wasn’t the only one who noticed that.”Chris replied
“HIKARU!”Miyuki and Eijun shouted
Hikaru ignored the two and focused back on Sanada’s pitching.
The regulars of Seido looked at Sanada with looks of excitement. Miyuki sat in the warm up circle while Hikaru stood behind him.
“Hikaru.”Miyuki said
“Hm?”Hikaru asked slipping on his batting gloves.
“What’s your input on this guy.”
“A soot ball pitcher who throws inside.”Hikaru replied
“Anything else?”
“He probably pitches to contact, rather than getting strikeouts. “
“Yeah that’s just what I was thinking….If we can subdue him, we’ll be one step closer to victory.”
“Hurray no pressure.”Hikaru replied sarcastically.
Yuki inched off his base, while Masuko got ready to bat. Sanada got ready to pitch and Masuko prepared for it….but no one was ready for the ball flying and hitting Masuko’s elbow protector. Everyone was shocked and worried for Masuko. They were just getting Tanba back; they didn’t want another player injured.
“HIT BY PITCH!”the umpire shouted
Masuko ran to first.
“Where’s that pitcher throwing?”Eijun shouted “We’re lucky it only hit his elbow guard!”
“You’re one to talk!”Kuramochi replied
“Yeah, you have no right to say that.”Haruichi added
“No way….He is as unpredictable as my brother!”Hikaru replied shocked
