A simple, calm Rhea sharma is a school going girl, studying in her 8th standard.

One day when she was studying at home, her grand mother was watching star plus channel and the promo of new show 'navya' was being shown.
Her grand ma said , "yeh toh family show lag raha hai aur college youngsters bhi hai. Me tho zaroor dekhoongi".
Rhea : naani, apke paas koyi kaam nahi hai kya?... Yeh serial se kya milta hai?... Aap tv thoda kam dekha karo... Waise meri exams aa rahi hai aur mujhe padni hai.
Naani : yeh show tho teri exam katam hone ke agle din shuru ho rahi hai na.... So don't worry.
Rhea : naani, english and all ha.....
Both chuckled...

Then days passed with Rhea got busy in her annual exams.... On last day of the exam, her girls' gang met at the school canteen and all started speaking about how their exam went.... One of her friend saloni said "guys, stop it. Exams toh ho chuki hai na....Ab discuss karne se marks badti hai kya? .... So, let's share what we all gonna do in our vacations. I am going to join dance classes....she paused and said....along with Rhea".

Rhea was like 'kya ho raha hai yaha' and said "I never said that I am going to join dance classes".
Saloni : teek hai na... Maine bol diya tere liye and she chuckled.
Rhea kept her right hand on her head,
Rhea : Tu hamesha aise hi karti hai yaar saloni.... Me tho soch rahi thi that I will read a lot of novels and gardening karoongi as I love nature.
Saloni : uske beech me thoda dance bhi seekh jao meri dost...kisko pata kabh dance bhi kaam aa jayegi....
Later, everyone shared their interests and all came to the agreement that they will meet every weekend at Rhea's place.....
Then all dispersed to their respective houses after hugging their besties.

Rhea and saloni are neighbours. While walking on road, they both had a small chit chat
Saloni : Rhea, hum iss vacation me kaunsa game khelenge?.
Rhea : yaar, saloni mujhe games me koyi interest nahi... Waise hum dance class ke time pe tho saath time spend karte hai na...
Saloni : ha tho?....tujhe kuch aur bhi kaam hai kya?.
Rhea : ha.... Mamma kuch time ke liye maamu ke ghar jha rahi hai, unke tabyat teek nahi hai na..... So, I have to do domestic chores and all.... Also, naani will be there and I have to look after her...
Saloni : teek hai baba... when u feel lonely, mujhe bula lena....aur zyada kaam hoga tho meri madad le lena...after all dost hu teri.
Rhea : thank u baby....
By that time, they reached their home and both bid bye to each other....

At home,
Rhea's mom : rhea me kal subha ki train se jha rahi hu. You will look after naani right?
Rhea : of course mamma... meri sweety ko me akele thodi na rehne dhungi.

Rhea's mom always loved this part of her daughter, who cares for elders.
Naani : arey meri pothi hai ,tu kyu tension leti hai?.... hum dono hi kaafi hai ek doosre ke liye......
Naani and rhea gave high five to each other.

Rhea's POV:

Next day,
mamma left and I completed all my household work and sat to read some novel in the evening. ... At around 6 pm, naani screamed in excitement....

I went out and asked what happened. Naani said that she is excited for the new show 'navya' as it was about to begin and she insisted me to accompany her. But, I was never interested in tv serials... so, I rejected her offer and went back to my book....

Again I heard a scream from naani and this time it was much louder one. So, I thought something serious might have happened and I went out.... But, naani was laughing and blushing.... I asked "naani, aap itna blush kyu kar rahe ho? "
Naani : Rhea, aajao... Ek handsome person has made his debut in tv serial.... Tu bhi dekhle.
Me : naani, app dekhlo. Mera mann nahi hai.
Naani : Rhea, kaisi ladki hai tu... Tumahare age ke ladkiya, handsome ladke ke peeche pade rahte hai... Tu toh kisi kaam ki nahi.....chodo abh mujhe mere mood nahi karab karni hai. Bas yeh show ko enjoy karne do...... Aur, me keh rahi hu - ek din yeh ladka indian television ko rule karega..
Me : naani, ek hi jalak  me kaise pata chal gaya uska bhavishya.?..
Naani : tu dekh lena meri gudiya rani.

I was like 'ok, but mujhe kya .... woh superstar bane ya kuch bhi...mera stream tho alag hai na'..... (Me being unaware that God has his own plans in my life😝)
