The fox Family and the wolf Family

There are two species of supernatural in Beacon Hills, this wasn't a large place so the war between the two Families were so recognisable that they refused to even have the children go to school to protect any cross fire,  however Claudia and Talia where both growing tired of their little war between their families "can A wolf really love a fox?" Claudia questioned

Talia smiled "we are not the enemies and neither are you, do we even know why we fight anymore I belive it has been lost in generation, and I believe it's time to stop, and so allow us to do so, for the better of both our Families"

Claudia gave her a smile before nodding "what do you suggest we can do, even if a wolf can love a fox, can your son love mine"

A knowing smile came to Talia's lips before she turned and walked away not answering Claudia's question, a smile of her own grew as she headed back to home.

Stiles wasn't home though, he was running around in the preserve diving through the overgrowth and around trees, a surprised noise was let out as he got tackled by the large wolf, Derek moved back off Stiles allowing the small fox to scramble back up to his feet as they both then playfully bowed to one another, Stiles quickly turned brushing his fluffy tail against the wolfs nose before darting off again, Stiles let out a noise of happiness as the wolf sneezed before proceeding to chase him again, these two have played for hours together, they don't remember how they came across one another, they only ever seen each other as a wolf and fox, both their fathers telling them to stay away from the other creature but something just drew the two to sit quietly at the over hang the night hey met, Stiles actually lead the way after bumping into each other, the fox walked away from the wolf and the wolf was curious and followed the smaller one, they never spoke but they always enjoyed running around after each other, just like they are now, Derek once again caught the little fox picking it up by the scruff this time, the fox curled up so it wasn't dragged on the ground before The wolf gently placed him down at the over hang, the wolf lay down with a slight pant of exhaustion and the little fox curled up into his furry belly

A few hours had passed by the time Derek woke up by the howling call of his mother, he nudged the little fox as he got up who made a noise of complaint but got up anyways, they did their usual goodbye bumping nosing and licking the others cheek before running off in the directions of their homes, "congratulations Derek" was all Derek heard as he shifted back to his human form as he approached his home (they don't loose their clothes shifting) Derek frowned in confusion and went to find his mother as the congratulations continued through the house

Stiles was greeted by an unsettling silence and his parents staring at one another, his cousin Scott looking mortified while his Aunt Malissa sat with a look of worry between his parents, so Stiles did the one thing he could do, he broke it "what's going on" he said with a smile, being out with the wolf always puts him in a good mood and he doesn't know why but is great full that his family either doesn't smell the wolf on him or just turns a blind eye

"Your mother here thinks it's a clever Idea that you marry a wolf" Stiles expression dropped as Noah spoke bitterness clear in his tone "there is no way I'm letting my son marry one of them"

"It's to late it's already arranged" Claudia snapped back folding her arms

"Don't I get a say in this, do I at least get to pick the wolf?" Stiles said slightly raised voice sadness filling his eyes, he was quite happy the way things are, if he was to marry someone he might never be allowed to see his wolf friend again and he didn't want to loose his friend

Claudia shook her head slowly giving her son a sympathetic look "I'm sorry Stiles, it needs to be done, this silly fight between the two of us needs to stop, and I can only do that if I can prove to your father a wolf really can love a fox"
