As Ethan stares at us with his arms crossed I say something that I wish I had never said "Ethan it's over so just let it go. Stop being such a wuss!" I say firmly Ethan looks taken aback when Grayson looks shocked but he doesn't say anything Ethan frowns "fine Holly I'll just leave you and your perfect life alone from now on" he says uncrossing him arms he then sighs
"I'll leave" he says sadly walking to the door "fucking bitch" he whispers under his breathe "what did you say!" Grayson yells rushing at the door I grab his hand and he turns on me "Holly let me go" he says angrily "let him go gray" I tell him he sighs but doesn't go after Ethan. Grayson gives in and Scott rushes into the room "what happened!" he demands I sigh "he's gone Scott" I tell him he nods and turns back to the living room "do you need me to stay?" he asks I shake my head
"I'll be fine now" I tell him he nods then goes back to Nova. I sigh and then lean my head on Grayson's chest "it's over now" he tells me I nod into his chest then look up at him "it feels weird though" I tell him then I sigh again "well I guess I just feel bad about what I said" I tell him he nods "you were a little harsh but he didn't need to say that" he says grinning his teeth I smile at him "but it's over" I say he nods "it's over" he repeats
He smiles at me "I'm proud of you" he tells me I look at him curiously "for what?" I ask he smiles brighter "for not chasing after him" he tells me I smile "I didn't need to what's done is done" I say he nods "I don't know about you but I'm starving" he says patting his stomach "what you say about us visiting that diner?" he asks I laugh but nod my head
"for old times sake?" I ask he nods offering his arm I take it gratefully "Scott!" I yell I hear him groan from the other room and I giggle "Grayson and me are going out for dinner!" I tell him "come back at seven without the dolan!" he yells I check my phone and see it's six thirty "very funny I'll be back later with the dolan" I yell back Grayson and I laugh as we get out of the house.
Grayson drives us to the familiar diner. He even opens the door for me when we get in and when he sees Savanna he smiles at her but for a normal amount of time. She leads us to our table "drinks?" she asks rudely Grayson looks over the menu even though he knew what he wanted "I want no I don't want that" he says looking over the list of items
"oh that sounds good wait no it doesn't" I giggle at him and he smiles up at me then looks back down at the menu "what about you?" Savanna asks me I look at the menu "I could really go for a no that's not what I want" I say Grayson laughs "she'll have a root beer and nachos" he orders for me I smile
"and he'll have a diet coke and sliders" I order for him she sighs "anything else?" she asks Grayson smiles at her cockily "now that you mention it" he says looking back at the menu I laugh and Savanna rolls her eyes and leaves.
"Was that all right?" he asks I nod still laugh "yeah that was great Grayson" I tell him "you should take up a career as a comedian" I say he laughs "pass" he says I giggle Savanna comes back with our drinks "so you guys got back together?" Savanna asks casually Grayson nods "yeah we did" he confirms Savanna looks shocked for a second then recovers "well when you want me back I'll be right here waiting," she tells him winking he laughs "I don't think so Savanna," Grayson says she huffs and walks away. I high five Grayson and laugh
"that was perfect," I say he smiles "I'm glad you liked that," he says I nod. he puts his hands out of the table and I take them. Another waitress comes out with our food and we let go as our food is brought to us we thank her then once she leaves we laugh. "Sliders really?" he jokes I nod "gotta try something new," I say eating a nacho I nod "not bad," I tell him he laughs as he eats a slider "these are pretty good," he tells me once done our meals we leave hand in hand.
"What you say about never coming back here again?" Grayson asks once we're in the car I laugh "I say I'm down"
