As terrible thoughts cloud my judgment I think to call Ethan but then I remember that he blocked me and that I would never be able to contact me now that he blocked me. Now I would just have to sulk alone in my bedroom or I could call my boyfriend. I pick up my phone through blurry eyes and call Grayson but it's not Grayson who picks up the phone.
Willow: Hey Holly what's up?
Holly: sorry Willow I meant to call Grayson
Willow: are you crying? what's wrong?
Holly: nothing I'll tell you later
I quickly say goodbye before hanging up I then call Nova before calling Grayson.
Nova: now's not the best time Holly
Holly: is Scott with you?
Nova: yeah he is
Holly: tell him my boyfriend is coming over
I tell her before hanging up. I didn't need Scott trying to tell not to let him over and not to my surprise he calls me I ignore his call and call Grayson.
Grayson: hey
Holly: can you come over?
Grayson: what's wrong? why are you upset?
Holly: please just come over
Grayson: yeah I'll be there soon
I hang up after I tell him I love him and saying goodbye. When he gets here he doesn't knock on the door and he just walks up to the stairs and comes into my room. When he sees the broken state I was in he instantly rushes over to me and pulls me into a protective hug "oh Holly what did you do now?" he whispers in my ear I laugh
"I fucked up gray" I say before I tell him about my call with Ethan "but I can move on now and be happy with you" I finish he nods and holds me tighter "I wouldn't do that to you" he tells me I nod into his chest "I know you wouldn't" I confirm just then the front door opens and angry footsteps make their way up the stairs. I hear pair running after the first and Scott turns into my room I turn myself around in Grayson's hold.
Scott realizes that I'm not emotionally stable enough for him to scowled me so he sits down on the floor in front of me. Nova walks in the room visibly upset but her gaze softens when she's see's me. Nova walks over to Scott and sits down next to him.
I feel uncomfortable with them staring and Grayson senses this "tell them" he whispers in my ear "I'm not ready you do it" I tell him "are you sure?" he asks I nod and Grayson recites what I had just told him "now what?" Scott asks I sigh "well I guess I wait," I tell him "for what?" Nova asks I sigh again
"I wait until we both move on" I explain "move on? but haven't you already?" she asks I shake my head "not yet," I say she huffs "well then shouldn't you wait until you get over Ethan then date Grayson?" she asks before I can respond Grayson replies "no because we love each other. Keeping us apart would just make it more painful" he explains I turn around to gaze at him and give him a quick peck on the cheek
"I love you" I whisper "love you too" he whispers back I then turn back to Nova and Scott. I sigh "you never told me" I say sadly he smiles at me "you weren't ready" he says I nod "I know and I should have been there for both of you" I tell them Nova shakes her head "no you needed time to figure things out" she tells me I smile at her "I'm sorry" I tell her she smiles "I'm sorry too" she says
I get out of Grayson's arms and hug her. We break apart and I sit on Grayson's lap "sorry I interrupted you two I just didn't want you to be pissed when you found out he was here" I tell Scott he waves his hand "don't be we can hang out her" he says getting up he then helps Nova up. Before leaving Scott stops in the doorway
"Nova and I'll be in the living room watching movies you guys can join us if you want" he says we both nod "maybe later" I tell him he nods before shutting the door behind him once he was gone I turn to Grayson and put my lips to his and put my arms around his neck as I kissed him lovingly he matches my kiss with the same loving way.
We break apart for air and I lean my forehead on his. He takes one of my hands from around his neck and holds it in his hand. I smile down at our hands feeling calm and peaceful being in this moment with him "thank you" I whisper closing my eyes "for what?" he asks I open my eyes and a tear rolls down my cheek he wipes it away. I smile at him "just being here and calming me down" I say he smiles
"that's my job" he tells me I peck him on the lips then get off the bed. "Where are you going?" he asks I smile "to watch a movie with my brother and his girlfriend," I say he smiles and takes my hand as we leave the room.
