Hindi ako makapakali. Kanina pa ako tingin ng tingin sa phone ko para sa reply ni Jeremy. I don't want to be rude to her but I needed to see his reply.

Jeremy

Dude, you are overreacting. Just go hit on her. Nobody can resist your charms, Salazar.

But of course I cannot do that. Damn this guy!

"Two Baked Potato po, sir."

Naalis ang atensyon ko sa pagtetext at kinuha ko ang order namin ni Natalie mula sa babae. I badly want to cuss right now because I am trembling right now. Hindi ko siya matignan nang maayos dahil wala akong tiwala sa sarili ko. I might stare, not glance.

"Sige, Brian. Aalis na talaga ako."

"Siguradong aalis ka na talaga?" Tanong ko at hindi ko napigilang tumawa.

Nang makapagpaalam siya ay naramdaman ko ang braso ni Jeremy sa balikat ko. Ngumisi siya at tila natatawa tawa.

"How's the date with your dream girl, dude?"

Marahas kong inalis ang braso niya at umismid. "You give the maddest advice anyone can ever give."

Pabalik na kami ngayon sa klase. Kinuha ni Jairus ang phone ko at pinabayaan ko lang siya sa kung ano mang gagawin niya roon.

"Isn't that your third cousin, Brian?" Tanong ni David. Tinanaw ko ang tinuturo ng kanyang hintuturo. Nakita ko si Shanna na papalapit sa akin.

"Tomorrow daw, at Epheta covered court." Mabilis niyang sabi at umalis kaagad matapos kong tumango.

"You gotta have to make him cool." Tawang tawang nagbubulungan si Jairus at Jeremy habang nakatuon sa phone ko. Kinuha ko iyon kaagad para tignan kung ano ang ginagawa nila. I am too relieved to see it's nothing.

But it's really not. When I checked my phone for the second time, I found Natalie's photo all over my gallery. I am not enraged, what they did was in my favor. Hindi ko iyon binura. Instead, I locked up my phone with security pattern.

At the game the next day, I was strongly determined to garner points because I knew she was there. Dinala yata siya ng kanyang mga pinsan. Right then and there I gained the idea that I have to win her cousin's vote for her.

"GO BRIAN!"

I think I fell in love more the moment she screamed that for me. Thank you, basketball!

Hindi ko mapigilan ang saya ko noong pumunta siya ng Engineering building para bayaran ang kulang niya dahil sa bottled water. I am amazed by her. Hindi ko alam kung paano niya nagagawang maging carefree at maging maganda nang sabay. I bet all other girls can't do that as to how Natalie does it. Simple but still gorgeous.
