W: ¿Qué quieren ordenar? (What do you guys want to order?)
R: Nos gustaría dos tazas de té helado y compartiremos un pastel de chocolate.(we would like two cups of ice tea and we will share a chocolate cake.)
W: disculpe por preguntar pero eres de aqui? Me pareces tan familiar. (excuse me for asking but are you from here? You seem so familiar to me.)
R: Solía vivir aquí y pasaba todos los días aquí con mi mejor amigo. (i used to live here and I would spend everyday here with my best friend.)
W: Tu nombre es Rye Beaumont?(Is your name Rye Beaumont?)
R: Sí. Maya? (Yes. Maya?)
M: Sí (yes)
I stand up and hug her.
Y/n: Okey what just happened? I don't understand Spanish.
R: Maya esta es mi novia Y/n. (Maya this is my girlfriend Y/n.)
R: Y/n this is my childhood best friend Maya.
Y/n: Nice to meet you Maya.
M: It's a pleasure to meet you too.
R: Oh your English is much better.
M: It's alright. te traeré tu comida. ( I will bring you your food.)
She walks away and returns after a few minutes.
R: Gracias. Este se mi númbero. (thanks. This is my number)
M: Gracias (Thanks)
She walks away again and Rye starts to tell me about how they met and became best friends.
R: ...and in school I didn't have many friends because I didn't speak Spanish properly but Maya helped me with Spanish and I helped her with English.
Y/n: That's so cute! But you guys were never a thing?
R: Is someone jealous?
Y/n: I think you got something wrong you meant curious. Than yes!
R: No we never were and never will you wanna know why?
Y/n: Why?
R: Because I already found my better half!
Y/n: And who's that?
R: I don't know maybe you know her. Her name is Y/n Mitchell. She is the most beautiful and gorgeous girl I have ever seen. She is smart but also goofy. And she cares for others.
Y/n: Nah I don't know her but she sounds lovely. You should definitely keep her around.
I get closer to her and whisper.
R: Oh don't worry I wasn't planning on letting her go ever again!
And then kiss her.
