Wouldn't it hurt to have this one missing thumb knowing that it should have always been there as before ?
Wouldn't it hurt to think it's just such a small missing detail yet it felt so prominent ?
Wouldn't it have been better to just have had the whole hand chopped off instead of there being this single hole ?
Somehow it did feel more painful when the only thing you needed to be perfect is the only thing that will always be missing.
