You knew me and I knew you and love was worth it
I searched for eternal love knowing how rare it is
Then we found how life could be perfect in it's on way
But you forgot how amazing it was then
We broke
And life was a shame for me
Burnt like a sole lone tree
Lost its soul, scattered everywhere
Can find myself anywhere
But I don't know where
Feeling like our love is safe
Sinking deep in that faith
You knew me and I knew you
And that thought was enough that hope was enough
Trying hard to get out these waves
Still knowing I was drowning
Still knowing I drowned
I drowned ... did I drawn ?
And life was a shame for me
I was burnt like a sole lone tree
Love decimated me
Lost my soul somewhere
Still I can find myself anywhere
But I don't want anymore
To be sore
The bench where we first-last kissed
Reminded me of all the other several 'almost' ones
Reassurance was reaffirmed every time you held me tight
But the one last time I turned my back to look
Only then you were elsewhere
Too cozy in indifference to care
It's then I knew this wasn't worth selling my soul
And turning back again
Head down ... mind low ... heart sank
I thought
