"It's okay, Gibray. She just doesn't like baths," Pombal says while rinsing Margaret off.
Homsel dries Margaret off while Gibray finds a soft nightgown to dress her in.
"Good girl, Margaret! You're nice and clean now!" Gibray tells her while putting the nightgown on her.
"Let her play with her ponies for a while before bed so she can calm down," Quigor instructs.
"Okay," Gibray agrees, gently leading Margaret to her ponies. "Good girl, Margaret. Now you can play!" She tells the pet.
Margaret runs to Quigor instead of her ponies. She reaches up towards her owner and begs to be picked up. Quigor picks her up and holds her, gently petting her sofly until she calms down.
Margaret lets Quigor hold her and pet her for about half an hour before she wants to be put down.
Susie plays happily with her stuffed lamb and bunny on the floor. She goes over to Margaret's ponies and grabs some of them to play with too. She picks up green and purple ponies ponies and places them on her bunnie's lap. Then she pets the bunny and the ponies. "Bunny!" Susie cries happily in English.
Susie goes over to Margaret's pony house and looks inside it.
"Susie, no!" Gibray cries, rushing over. The pony house has small pieces that she doesn't want Susie to swallow.
"Quigor, Margaret play?" Margaret asks in Nivish.
"Okay, Margaret," Quigor says, gently setting her down on the floor. They will allow her to play for a little while before her and Susie get put to bed.
Margaret goes over to her pony house and checks it to make sure everything's okay. Then she begins to play with her ponies.
Susie grabs her bunny and hands it to Pombal. "Bunny!" She cries in English.
Pombal holds the bunny and gently picks up Susie. They pet her until she gets very tired and falls asleep in their arms. Pombal then carries Susie bed and lays her to down to sleep for the night.
Quigor decides it's time to put Margaret to bed too. "Margaret, come!" They call.
Margaret obeys, and Quigor gently picks her up and carries her to bed.

Margaret goes over to play with her pony house some more as soon as she wakes up in the morning. The ponies have eaten breakfast and her swimming when she is gently picked up by Homsel.
"Let's go eat breakfast, Margaret," Homsel says to her while placing her into her highchair. Margaret sees that Susie is already in her highchair and is very sticky from eating syrupy pancakes, despite her bib.
"Hi, Margaret!" Quigor says, giving her some pancakes and orange juice. "Thank you for bringing her," they tell Homsel.
"Good lunch!" Margaret cries happily in Nivish.
"No, Margaret. Breakfast," Gibray corrects her. "Mommy, I want to go to the Library today. Can we bring Margaret?"
"If it's alright with Quigor you can," Oypalla says.
"Quigor, can I bring Margaret to the Library? Please?" Gibray asks.
"I don't know, she's never been there before," Quigor replies.
"I think she'd be alright, Quigor. I heard they have a nice pet human section," Oypalla says.
"Alright, then. You have my permission to bring her along. Eckrel wants me to come to a meeting today about another planet we're studying, so I was going to have you watch her for the day anyway," Quigor says.
"Play!" Margaret begs in Nivish. She has finished her pancakes. The aliens are still eating their petal cakes.
"Another planet?! Wow, cool!" Pombal cries excitedly. "Where is it?"
"It's off in a neighboring galaxy," Quigor says, finishing thier breakfast. I need to be going now. Have fun with Margaret at the Library. Goodbye."
"Goodbye!" The others tell Quigor.
Pombal finishes eating and carefully lifts Margaret out of her highchair. "Time to get dressed, Margaret," they tell her softly.
Homsel gently picks up Susie and carries her to the bathroom. Since she is so messy from her pancakes they give her a bath.
Susie is very happy during her bath. She giggles happily while playing with her bath toys.
Pombal and Gibray work on dressing Margaret while Homsel is bathing Susie.
"No!" Margaret yells in Nivish as Pombal tries to remove her nightgown. "Book!"
"Gibray, Margaret wants her communication book. She's trying to tell you something she doesn't know how to say. Please get it for her," Nombley says.

"Wait a minute kids. I just remembered. Quigor said she likes to dress herself. That's why she's upset. So please let her dress herself," Oypalla says.
"Okay, Mommy," Gibray says to Oypalla. "I'm sorry, Sweetie. You can dress yourself. It's okay," she very gently tells Margaret, petting her sofly.
"Margaret okay? Book?" Margaret asks in Nivish.
"Yes, I'll get your book Sweetie. You're okay," Gibray gently reassures her. She goes to get Margaret's communication book.
"No come Margaret clothes! No okay! Margaret stay clothes!" Margaret tells Pombal in Nivish, still upset with them for trying to remove her nightgown.
"Margaret, it's okay. Let's pick out some clothes for you to wear," Pombal says gently, carrying her over to her clothing.
"Margaret okay? Clothes? No come?" Margaret asks in Nivish.
"You're okay. Look, Margaret. Clothes. Pick some clothes," Pombal very gently instucts her.
Gibray returns with Margaret's communication book. She watches Margaret to see if she will follow her brother's instructions.
Margaret does pick some clothes. She chooses a sky blue dress with a picture of goldfinches on it.
"Good girl, Margaret!" The alien children praise her.
"Good clothes!" Margaret cries happily in Nivish. "Good book! Thank you!"
"Here's your book Margaret. Good girl! You're welcome," Gibray says while handing her the communication book and petting her softly.
