stanning groups isn't that deep and if you unstan a group because you've become uninterested in them is fine. i don't understand why some people think stanning means signing a life long contract and becoming fully devoted to a group. call me an unloyal fan or whatever you want, but my life doesn't revolve around random people in korea who's music & personalities i happen to like.
it's also fine to change your ult group. my first ult group was bts but now it's stray kids, because i prefer stray kids' music over bts' nowadays. this does not mean that i hate bts, i still stan them. just think of it like this: your favorite ice cream flavor is vanilla but then you taste chocolate and like it better than vanilla. this doesn't mean that you're "betraying" vanilla or won't ever eat it again.
