Sebastian stiffened as his father approached him and Blaine. Blaine looked at Sebastian in confusion. "Your father?"

Sebastian nodded. "Yeah."

"Sebastian." Mr. Smythe said, staring down at his son with cold eyes. His voice was deep and he spoke in such a way that would make every word he spoke sound important. "One of your teachers called me last night. Uhh... Mr. Camp, I believe." He said, glaring down at his son. "He said he wanted to speak with me and he's set up a meeting with the dean. Do you know anything about this?"

Sebastian looked nervously at his father. Of course, Matt called him. Sebastian thought, bitterly. He shook his head. "No."

"No, what?" Mr. Smythe said, annoyed.

"No, sir," Sebastian growled out.

Mr. Smythe motioned towards Blaine. "And, who is this?"

Blaine quickly held out his hand. "Blaine Anderson." He said, a little uncomfortable.

It was completely obvious to Blaine where Sebastian got his general coldness towards everyone from. Though Sebastian wasn't nearly as frightening.

Mr. Smythe nodded a little and took Blaine's hand. "Leonard Smythe."

"He's just a friend. We share a dorm together." Sebastian added, quickly.

Blaine couldn't help but feel a little sad when Sebastian described him as a friend.

"And the Warblers," Blaine added.

"Warblers?" Leonard asked.

"It's the uh singing group I'm in. I'm one of the lead singers." Sebastian said.

"A singing group?" Leonard sighed. "You have enough time to go around singing and dancing like a little fairy but you don't have enough to study for Literature?"

"Excuse me? I have an A+ in Literature."

"Then why would Mr. Camp call me? You better not be failing. The Smythe family are not a group of failures." Leonard said, sternly.

Sebastian turned to Blaine. "I'll meet up with you later, alright?"

Blaine nodded, thankful to Sebastian for giving him a chance to get away from the awkward family encounter. "Alright. It was uh...nice meeting you Mr. Smythe." Leonard nodded and Blaine practically ran off.

Once they were alone Leonard glared down at his son. "This isn't a repeat of what happened in France now, is it? Sebastian I thought to send you to a rinky-dink school in Ohio meant you weren't going to get in trouble. I thought that was punishment enough but I guess I was wrong."

"Sir, I-" Sebastian began but was cut off by his father's yelling.

"No. No excuses. What the hell did you do this time? This better not be a repeat of last year!" Leonard barked.

"No, sir. This isn't like what happened in Fran-"

"You had an affair with a teacher. A teacher! You were expelled and you made a mockery of the Smythe name! So I thought it would be best to stick you in Ohio and yet you still manage to fuck things up. You ruined that teacher's life! She got fired because of you."
