Arc 3 - Chapter 41: Dreams and Comforts

It was the early morning, Saku emerging from the bathroom yawning loudly in a shirt and shorts "I knew I shouldn't have drunk all that juice, ahh" he heard light sleeping and looked to the sofa to see Lala happily dreaming, her whole body except the end of her tail cover in blankets "Her bed must be really long if she found the sofa more comfortable" he chuckled a little "I bet her soldiers are beyond antsy but...who cares" as he was about to go to bed

"The truth is unravelling before you..." a voice of mixed genders spoke out "But is it the truth you seek...or belongs we do not know" a knock, a soft one, came to the door

"Who...knocks at this time in a morning?" as he opened up the door at first glance there was no-one "Huh?" but a gentle tug came to his knee and he looked down "Mochi?"

Mochi in her Japanese style hikama was nervously tugging "Big Brother...I need your help. I can't find her, she was there before"

"Find who?" Mochi tugged his hand "Huh?"

"Please this way" as Saku came out of his room, the hallway changed to one of a school hallway. The hallways were quiet and dim, Mochi pulling him down corridors 

"Its this place again, what gives?"

"Hey Saku, Mochi have you found her?" he shot right to see a girl in plain grey pyjama's of bottoms and buttoned shirt...to a girl with long dark hair in twin-tails "She left for some medicine and..." Saku tilted his head to her "Is something wrong? I mean it is late but..."

"Who...are...you?"

Saku words seemed to have confused the girl, whose blues eyes looked into his "Jeez...how deep asleep were you?" asked the girl chuckling "We've being friends since day one here, I mean surely..." a strong impulse hit Saku's head

"Sophie...you're Sophie?" he asked

"Wow you are sleepy...though we did wake you up suddenly. Right I'll head this way and you go that way" nodding he just went with the motion, memories flowing through his head

"Look there, there she is!" Mochi called out running to a girl on the floor, a dressing gown of blue upon her "Hey, hey please wake up" 

Saku knelt down to the girl while Mochi fell her forehead "She's superhot, Big Brother I'll get Sophie and the others"

"No, no wait don't..." Saku said but Mochi had already vanished from sight and sound

"Hmm...ahhh" the girl moved and knelt up but fell into Saku who in panic of the moment, wrapped his arms around her

"Whoa easy, easy...easy...there" but as soon as he did...a calm settled onto him, unlike anything he had felt before.

Saku was silent, no thought in his head as he held the girl in his arms he was at peace, the pain of his past a long forgotten memory "Umm...ahh...Saku, is that you?"

"Are you...alright?" he asked pushing her a bit. Due to the hood of the dressing gown he could only see partially her face, brown eyes gazing back

"I was...jjust going for some medicine and I...collapsed" Saku saw her red face and felt her forehead
