"Is this all?... This isn't what we discussed over the phone."
"I know, let me pull it out."

"Can I leave now?"
"Yes, you may."
I have an interesting job for a high schooler.
Most high schoolers work at a local cafe or at the mall.
Well, I work with street racers. I work with their prized possessions.
Their sweet rides.
I fix up their cars before races, during, and just in general. My grandfather was really into cars. when I was younger he would teach me how to fix up his cars before the car shows he attended. I also fix and sell stolen cars for an unreasonably high price.
My job is very risky, as you know street races are illegal.
But I love the thrill.
Zane's POV
"Hand it over"
"Screw you."
"Mmmm, you smell that? That sweet smell of success."
"Actually, that smells like your car being fried..."
"Shit!"
"Haha!"
"Shut up Gene. At least I won."
"Pfft, Whatever."
"Just stating the facts Gene, Your too slow."
I mean I wouldn't call it a hobby.
More like fuel to live.
The money.
The girls.
The victories.
It's everything.
Knowing that street racing is illegal,
makes me wanna do it over and over again.
I just love the thrill.
Kawaii Chan's POV
"I'm going to school now!"
The only thing I like about school is driving there and back.
My car is the prettiest of them all. She is a red Mustang convertible from the year 1967.
She's my grandfathers. I changed out the engine to a much better one so she's in great condition.
At School...
"Hey, Kawaii Chan!" Aphmau waves to me from across the hall.
I flash a smile at her and walk towards her.
"Were you at the street race yesterday?"
"Nope, I had something to take care of, why?"
"Zane's car totally fried. It smells like a barbeque house." Aphmau laughed.
"You should fix it for him you know, his next race is a pretty important one."
"You mean the one in like 4 months?" I asked.
