𝘷𝘴𝘰𝘰 - 𝘫𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩 ?

Taehyung kept on glancing at his girlfriend, Jisoo who seemed to be constantly texting on her phone while giggling softly. He sipped on his latte while studying her face, she smiled happily while her eyes sparkled in the light.

Jisoo's thumb scurried over her phone and she hadn't eaten much of her banana crépe.

He fell in love with her at the first sight because of her captivating smile. Her smiles always warm his heart like a ray of sunshine. But now he felt that he doesn't even want she shared her smile to other guys.

"Jagi." Taehyung sighed.

"Yeah?" Her eyes still focused on her phone.

"Who are you texting?" He pouted slightly when the phone absorbed her full attention again.

"Ah, it's Hyuk from my group assignment. He told me that I did a great job. He was always nice to me, I should treat him a meal some day." She bubbled as she continued to exchange texts with the person.

"He did?" Taehyung leaned over her shoulder and stole a glance at her phone screen. He froze while stared with wide eyes when she sent a finger heart emoticon.

"Why did you send him an emoticon like that?" He had his arms crossed with sour expression on his face.

"Why? I think it's just fine." She shrugged.

"Seem that you're tempting him.You should never do that again." He said while clenching his fist.

"Hm?" She tilts her head in confusion.

"Don't compliment other guys in front of me."

"Babe... Hyuk is just my classmate.. Nothing more." She looked worried.

"And you! You never update a picture with me as your profile picture. I don't want you to be thought as single." He snapped at her.

"Why suddenly you are so angry? Are you okay?" Her eyes started to glistening with emotion, her lips trembling as if she's going to let out a sob.

"I don't know." He let out an exasperated sigh as he got up.

"Baby.." Jisoo tried to reach for his arm but he already walked away.

Hours later, Taehyung groaned at the sound of his blaring phone's alarm that woke him. It was 4 A.M in the morning and it way too early for him to wake up. Lazily, he looked at his phone screen and there was a reminder :

Today 4:00 A.M

It probably Jisoo, the one who set the reminder on his phone earlier. His eyebrow furrows when he saw a lot of missed calls and texts from Jisoo. He chuckled bitterly when he remembered about his little argument with Jisoo last night.

*timeskip*

Taehyung sipped on his coffee alone at their favorite café, where they had their first date.

'I don't want to show you that I sometimes become jealous. But I only want you to focus only me. Only me. Am I being greedy?' He thought to himself.

'Great, Kim Taehyung. Because of your jealousy, you are going to celebrate your birthday without her.' He sighed as he ran his hand through his hair in frustration.

"Hyung." Taehyung looked at where the voice came from. There was a little boy stood beside him and passed him a card. "A beautiful noona asked me to give the card to you. She also said that she waits for you at the park." The boy said before he head bowed at him and left.

Taehyung opened the card and started to read it.

"Do you ever wonder why people fall in love with each other when they know they will get hurt eventually? Maybe I never told you before but let me tell you the reason why I love you. First, because you let me to be myself and you encourage me to find more of myself.

I love our height difference whenever we kissed, you will leaning in to kiss me or when we are walking down the street in the rain, and you hold the umbrella above me so I don't get wet. Since I was clumsy and get hurt a lot, you always help to clean me up and bandage me and kiss and make it better.

You have a gentle and calming voice that soothes me when I'm upset. You are the reason why I love you. The day I met you, I found my missing piece."

Taehyung bit his lower lip as his guilty feeling began to creep in. He rushed out from the café and ran to the park to look for Jisoo. He gasped for air as he searched her around the park but she was nowhere to be found.

He looked over when he felt someone pulled the hem of his shirt. There is a little girl smiled as passed him over a rose.

"Do you get this from a beautiful unnie? Would you mind telling oppa where she is?" He asked the little girl.

The girl just shrugged before she ran away. Taehyung's shoulders drooping with a blank expression on his face.

"Taetae.."

Taehyung spun around as he heaved a sigh of relief. Jisoo was holding a small cake with a lit candles on the top. Her face looked puffy in red, perhaps she had cried before.

"Happy birthday.." She said as she put the cake on the bench nearby. "About last night, I'm sorry for not being focus on you.. I don't realized that you don't lik-"

Taehyung cupped her face gently in his hands while running his thumb gently across her cheekbones. He lovingly gazed into her eyes and he dropped a kiss on each of her eyelids before he lowered his lips to hers. Jisoo gently slid her hand into his hair while returned the kiss.

He softly nuzzled before he pulled back slightly and looked into her eyes. "I'm sorry too. Sometimes I got jealous by the idea of someone could make you happier than I could." He sighed as he brushed a strand of her hair behind her ear.

"It's alright, I like this side of you too. It means you cared for me." She smiled. "But don't get jealous too much because I don't know what to do if you pushed me away."

"Hm." He tapped his chin thoughtfully. "A little kiss will do or maybe more?" He mischievously smiled.

"Yah!" Jisoo playfully hit him once on the arm before Taehyung pulled her closer to him letting their lips meet again for another long kiss.
