Here we go again Wattpad!!😭😭😭. I was about to publish this chapter after I published Chapter 58 😭😭😭. But,when I was about to publish  it,it was gone!!😭😭. I'm terribly sorry guys for not updating for such long time!It was our periodical exam  and we had a field trip. Now,I forgot some ideas for this story. But I'll try my best to update quickly ♥️. Ugh,it's just so frustrating and annoying.😭😭😭. Enough of my complains. Sorry guys...Anyway,enjoy the chapter!!Love you all!!♥️

-Monday-

Sonic's POV

I groaned at the sound of the alarm clock. I slammed it to shut it up. I groaned again. My head is aching. I haven't slept. I woke up 2:00 AM and until now,I'm still awake. This is bad. I put my hand on my head and curl up into a ball. Ugh,it hurts so badly. It's killing me. It's like,my skull is being crushed by some unknown force. I forced myself to stand up. Unfortunately,I collapsed back into my bed. I feel sleepy,I feel tired,and also,I feel sick!But,I need to go to school. I put my hand into my mattress for support. I groggily made my way to the bathroom

Once done taking a bath,I dressed myself and fixed my quills

"Mom?"I yelled downstairs

No answer

Well,they aren't home. Yesterday,I hadn't slept too. This insomnia's affecting me so badly. I grabbed my bag and walked downstairs. I sat on our couch. I still hadn't ate breakfast. But I don't feel any hunger at all. I shrugged. I bit my bottom lip. My head is throbbing in pain. I closed my eyes. I felt like crying. It's been two days I hadn't sleep properly. And this is the consequences. How am I suppose to listen to my teacher at this state I am right now?

Minutes later,I started to feel a little bit worry. The school bus still hadn't arrive. Is something wrong?What the hell happened then?As minutes pass,my headache is turning into its worse. Suddenly,my phone vibrated beside me. I lazily pick it up before answering

"Hello?"

"Hello?Tails?"

"Sonic!Thank goodness!Where are you?!Why aren't you into school?Are you going to be absent? It's almost 8:00 AM!!"He continuously protest

My eyes widened

"8:00 AM?!"

Is my alarm clock not functioning well?I thought. Oh yeah!I adjusted it into 7:00 AM yesterday. For something important. Can't remember why though. I face palmed. I'm so unaware of everything

"I don't know what I'm gonna do"I felt pathetic

I feel like crying. My stomach growl,but I'm not hungry. My head is killing me. And at the same time,I'm thinking about whether to go to school or not

"What happened?"

"Tails,I haven't been sleeping properly. Since yesterday. My head hurts so bad!!"I whined

"Sonic,I know you want to go to school. But,it's the best if you'll stay in home and rest,and try to take asleep. Don't think of the assignments,quizzes,or school works. What's important is,you rest. Try calling your parents"

"Can't. They're on work"I said

"What will I do?"He whispered on the other line

"That's right,just,try taking a sleep and rest. A-"

"Sonic?!"

A new voice entered

"I heard what happened to you. Are you okay?Do you want me to come over there?"I recognized the voice

Shadow

"N-n-no! D-don't! You'll miss class!Don't mind me!I'm fine here! I'll just rest. My headache will go away soon"I said

"No. You don't sound fine to me. You sound in pain"

"I'll be much of a bother to him. I'm so pathetic. Can't do anything by myself"

"Sonic,it's fine. You're not a bother to me. Don't call yourself pathetic. It's not true. You're in pain Sonic,and I understand the state you're feeling now. Just wait for me there. Promise,I'll be quick. I insist on not coming there"

He said

"S-shadow...th-thank you"I muttered

I slowly hang up the phone. My head. It hurts so badly,every minute. I closed my eyes and wiped away my tears

I hear someone whispering soothing words. I felt warm,and comfortable. I slowly open my eyes

"Oh,you're awake"A familiar voice greet

"Sh-shadow"I said while sitting up

"How are you feeling now?Does your head still hurts?"He asked

"I'm fine now. My headache's gone. Thanks"I answered

"Are you hungry?"

"N-no. I'm go-"I was cut off by the sound of my stomach,growling

I blushed furiously. I heard him chuckle. When I look into his eyes,I swear,I could see the affection and.. something else. I blushed. What am I thinking?

"Here. I got you food"He said,handling me a plastic full of food

"Y-you bought this?"I asked in shock

He nodded

"Sh-shadow,this is so much. First,you skipped class just to come over me. And now this,Sh-shadow, it's not like I'm not thankful,bu-"

"Shh,no need to worry. It's my decision. Besides..."He seemed hesitant for his next word

"I care for you"
