"We're already going there?I mean,can we change clothes?"Sonic asked
"Hmm. Sure you can,I'll wait for you outside"Shadow said
"Huh?!No way I'm letting you wait,you might get bored or something"Sonic refused
"Nope,I'm totally fine with that"Shadow said
"You sure?"Sonic asked
"Of course I am,sweetie"Shadow said
Though Shadow didn't notice,Sonic was a blushing mess of the nickname. He had a thing for that,but not with Shadow. He didn't know,but it's perfectly fine when it comes to him. Sonic opened the door. Shadow sat comfortably on the sofa. Sonic remembered his parents not coming home too soon. They'll eventually come home in midnight. Sonic quickly run downstairs. Honestly,Sonic hates being waited. Because it feels like he needs to hurry,or else the person might get impatient or irritated,so he needs to act hasty
After clothing himself,he quickly ran downstairs to see Shadow humming quietly at himself
"Why are you in a hurry?"Shadow asked,turning his head on the sweating hedgehog
"Hey,are you even okay?"
"Yeah"Sonic nodded
"Let's go"He continued

"So,there is a park?"Tails asked
"Yeah,I heard"Knuckles said
"It's not that far from my house. I know the way"Knuckles said
The other four just nodded, completely trusting Knuckles to lead the way. On their way,in the distance,they see a big gate
"That's the amusement park"Knuckles said
While getting closer,they noticed many people. Children playing on the playground, friends talking to each other,some only using their phones,lovers holding their hands whilst sitting on a bench,and some elders feeding pigeons
"Cool"Mephiles said
"I feel like a kid again"Tails sighed
"Yep. This really brings memories"Sonic said
The five sat on some of the benches. The five sitting on them in a one bench wouldn't be enough. Sonic,Tails,and Knuckles on the other bench,while the two cousins are sitting together. They all are busy talking, laughing. Sonic smiled. No one noticed he pulled out his dream book. He didn't let them notice that he got that,the other four didn't notice because on how busy they are. Sonic started to draw Shadow. Every details of him. His figure,his position on the bench,his lips,crimson eyes,ears,and his smile. Sonic closed his dream book,feeling that someone might notice him. He hid it on the sling bag he brought
