A knock on the door made everyone pause on whatever they are doing

"Come in"The teacher said

"Good morning mam"A familiar voice said

"I knew it was Mephiles"Amy muttered

"Ah,yes. You're Mephiles right?Go on introduce yourself"The teacher

Shadow snickered at his cousin. Sonic couldn't help but smile a little

"Hello everyone,My name is Mephiles. 14 years old"Mephiles said

"Okay,you may pick your seat"The teacher said

Mephiles walked towards Sonic and took the seat beside him

"Nice way to introduce"Shadow chuckled

"I put my efforts?Yes. Thank you very much"Mephiles proudly said

"How were you in your first section?"Shadow asked

"Well,fine. But there were a bunch of assholes in the room"Mephiles said

"So how did you work on with them?"Sonic asked

"Nah,I didn't mind those. I minded my own business"Mephiles smiled

"May I ask? How's being here?"Mephiles said,looking at the students whom are talking to their seatmates

"It's good being here. But...not with those people"Shadow pointed at Scourge and his so called gang

"Oh,I remember them. They are the ones you talked to near the cafeteria right?I thought you were gonna kill him in the spot"Mephiles chuckled

"So close to that..."Shadow said

"What time is it?"

"8:21"

"Wait,I think teachers aren't gonna change on classrooms. Each advisers are there on their own room,due to their work of grades"Shadow said

"Second quarter's coming. Our Science Teacher's gonna change"

"Who will it be now?"

"Sir Alex"

"Fuck no. I'm gonna miss Mam Marlyn"

"Shh Shadow. Don't curse too loud"Sonic warned

"Yeah,sorry"Shadow chuckled

"Why do the line got to be so long!"Shadow complained getting back to their table

"Ask them"Mephiles said

Sonic pulled out his notebook. Drawing something,since the line's long on the cafeteria. Doing something will be a time killer. Let the boy draw

Shadow sat beside him

"Drawing?"

"Mhmm"

"What're you drawing?"

"Nah. Random stuff. Nothing special"Sonic chuckled

"Well,for me everything in you is so damn special"Shadow thought

"Hey, it's Friday right"

"Yeah.. What's with Friday?"

"How 'bout we do something funny?"Mephiles asked

"Like?"

"Yelling on cops probably"Mephiles rolled his eyes on Shadow

Everyone chuckled

"Go on if you wanna go to jail"Shadow said laughing

"'Ya know what I mean funny!"

"Are you planning something?God,I didn't know you're such a pervert"

"What?Hey!Don't think of that. I mean like,going out. It's boring staying in your room,in you house,doing nothing but just sitting. Or if something new,watching T.V"

"True enough"Shadow nodded

"What time?"

"After school"

"Okay. It's settled then"Tails said

"What are we going to do then?"Knuckles repeated the question

"Like what normal teenagers do"

"We're not girls to go shopping!"

"That's not what I meant"

"Look,the line's not that long anymore"

"Well,great. Cause it's almost time"

"No,hey that's cheating!"Mephiles whined

"No I'm not"Shadow said

Shadow laughed when he won on the game

"I'm never going to play XOX again"Mephiles huffed

Sonic looked at Shadow. He never saw him smiling and laughing. Yes,he saw him with Scourge and the others,but his eyes tells him otherwise. He pulled out his journal and his pencil. It isn't just a journal to him,but a dream book. Where he writes or draw his dream,where he draw the important people on his life,his plans for them, thoughts for them,dream for them. Such an important book. Simple,but meaningful. And now,Shadow is one of the people he will now draw on his dream book,including Mephiles
