[Okay guys, this chapter, and next chapter are kinda gonna be different because of who fights who, so some will actually be changed, others won't, it's kinda just confusing, anyways, this is kinda long, kinda shitty, enjoy!]
As soon as Midnight announced us to go, we started to walk. Our plan was to avoid people. This will be basically in the bag for us if we don’t let anyone go for Tetsutetsu’s neck. We only really needed to worry about class 1A, and maybe those other classes, since our class called a truce, unless we needed to go for each other.
This might be an awkward position, but it wasn’t too bad. I felt something stick on my feet. I was stuck. I looked down to see two purple balls below me, and around my other teammate’s feet. “What the hell is this?!” Awase yelled. It was the grape boy’s quirk, if I remember. I turned myself into water, and pushed them out of the way. I did the same for Awase and Honenuki.
“It’s a class 1A student, jog, now” I say, and so they did. I turned myself back to normal, and started to jog. “We need to get other people’s headbands, or we won’t advance!” Tetsutetsu screamed. He was right, we needed to get more points.
I looked over to the score board, Midoriya’s team was still on top, I’m impressed. We ran to snatch this floating headband, it was pretty easy. That put us in fourth place. Only four teams advance.
There were only two minutes left. A lot of teams were going after Midoriya’s headband, which was a good distraction for us. A team bumped us. “Excuse me.” It was that purple guy that had a sad story. All the boys opened their mouths.“YOU CAN’T JUST SAY EXCUSE ME, AND LET YOUR GUARD DOW-“
“Give me your highest headband.”
This boy actually thinks my boy Tetsutetsu is gonna actually give him that. I looked up at Tetsutetsu, and he was taking it off his neck! WHAT?! Awase and Honenuki did nothing.
“WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! WE’LL LOSE!” I yell. “Be a good girl, and shut your mouth.” I’m shook.
“EXCUSE ME, MR. I LOOK LIKE I HAVEN’T SLEPT IN DAYS-“ I was cut off. “Stay still.”
My body. It’s not moving. I can only see what’s happening. He took our highest headband, and the timer went off. We were so close. How..? I don’t understand what just happened.
Once it was over, we all snapped back to reality. “Guys! We made it!” Tetsutetsu yelled in joy. “About that…” I put my head down.
“The teams advancing to the next round are no other than Team Todoroki, Bakugou, Tetsu-
Wait what is this..? Team Shinsou, and Midoriya!”
“WAIT WHAT?!” Tetsutetsu yelled. My ears hurt from him yelling too damn much. At least one person from our class made it to the end.
“Our last event is-“ the boy from the Shinsou team raised his hand, interrupting Midnight. “I know this is a great opportunity. And I know how stupid it must seem to throw it away..but this final tournament.. everyone else made it here by their own strength. Yet I’m standing here, and I don’t even know how or why. I just can’t take it.”
