Remember what I was told about writing all my feelings down into an excerpt? Well, here's another.

You're brought up in this art being preached to that feelings aren't welcome behind the studio doors.

It's why nobody knows about the shooting pain that's been in my right shoulder since tour. It's why nobody knows about that fracture never healing. It's why we all distance ourselves from each other when we're stressed. It's why we all hide and lie to each other when we haven't slept or eaten (even though they always see right through us).

So if we all understand that feelings don't belong in the workplace, then why can't I get over that kiss?
