Alex's p.o.v

Ten months later...

John and I... well we broke up...

He had been acting too secretive around me.

We had only dated for eight months, but man those eight months were amazing...

But ever since we broke up I separated myself from the group, Hercules said I was being a bitch.

Lafayette said I was being too pushy.

Eliza just said I was a douchbag.

Angelica said I was too controlling.

Last bit certainly not least, Maria said I was being an asshole.

My best friend turned on me. Peggy was the only one who sided with me.

Like how the fuck was I supposed to know he wasn't talking to some other guy?!

I only asked to check his phone once.

And when he didn't let me I accused him of cheating and I broke up with him.

He moved into my apartment but he moved back in with Herc and Lafayette.

He's gotten over me, he's now with someone named Francis.

Peggy told me that John told her that he didn't really love him, so I was fine.

I still haven't gotten over the breakup though, even though to was two months ago.

I sigh heavily and stare at my ceiling, after it all happened I went back to my normal ways.

I'd only leave the house once a month, which was only to buy food.

I start to cry... I just lost the love of my life because I was being jealous!

I sit up and pull my knees close to my chest and sob.

Then I get a text.

Peggy's p.o.v

I'm sick and tired of this fight!

Alex didn't know what John was planning!

And everyone didn't need to freak out on Alex, he was just scared.

I would have been too if Mari did something like that to me.

So I have a plan.

I'm going to ask Alex to hang out and I'll also invite over the squad.

I'll have Alex come over first so he won't leave when he sees them.

He would so do something like that.

We had become very close after his breakup.

He was a hot mess.

I text him.

Peggy: hey Allie cat, do you wanna hang out?

Alex: whyyyy I'm to lazy

Peggy: you're not lazy, you're just not wanting to go outside!

Peggy: I'm coming to pick you up in an hour! So be ready bitch!

Alex: Peggy no..

Peggy: bitch no one says no to Peggy, now get your ass ready and please shower.

Alex: fine....

Yesssss! Now that I got him to agree I just need to invite the squad over at a later time!

MissMaria: I have a hair appointment afterwards.

I smile happily, I play on my phone for a bit then I get up and head to Alex's house.

I text him to get his ass over here.

I see him walk out of the apartment, he surprisingly didn't look that bad.

And that's coming from a total lesbian.

He's wearing a hoodie that says 'fuck you too' on the back and 'fuck you' on the front.

Mari gave him that.

"Ready to go?" I ask as he sits down in the passenger seat.

"Yep, where are we even going?" He asks buckling in.

"To my house for just a hang out." I say starting the car and leaving his parking lot.

"Oh, okay." He says shrugging and playing on his phone.

{time skip}

Alex and I are just sitting in my living room playing video games when the doorbell rings.

I smile and they just walk in.

I'm surprised they knocked.

Alex didn't even look up from his phone, he had ear buds in.

I stand up and they all walk in and John freezes.

"What is he doing here?" He asks snobbishly.

"Damn I knew you were salty but not that salty." Herc says.

"But you know why." John shoots back.

"Look we need to settle this once and for all. I don't like the fighting." I says sadly.

"Well he broke mine and Johns heart, we don't need him." Eliza says defensively.

"Well Eliza it's not my fault he didn't love you anymore, and John he was just scared! You wouldn't tell him what you were doing!" I shout causing Alex to look up.

I turn around and smile sheepishly.

He gets up look mad as fuck.

"Peggy, what are they doing here?" He asks kind of hurt.

I was about to say something but John buts in.

"She can invite whoever she wants over!" He yells in his face.

Alex shoves John off of him.

"I'm leaving! Fuck this." He says stubbornly.

I grab his hand.

"Wait... please don't go.. we have to fix this....." I whisper.
