When it comes to mimicking their voice they would enjoy it. Maybe even laugh about it. Although I feel like some (I'm looking at you Raph) would be angry ... "I DO NOT TALK OR SOUND LIKE THIS!" which would make his brothers laugh even more. I can see Mikey using that to his own advantage and ask you to do prank calls on his brothers.
As for mimicking their churr, this was different. Them churring was a very intimate moment and JESUS CHRIST ONLY DO IT WHEN YOU'RE ALONE WITH YOUR TURTLE. He would literally freak out if you'd do it in front of his bothers. Depending on how he feels he might think you're mocking him so you have to assure him that mimicking his churr is for his own pleasure, cause let's be honest, it turns him on.
